The EU and NA versions of the game are full english.

In Europe (you're in UK, right ?) though, it is only officially available on iOS. The Android Playstore will mention that the game is not available in your country.
You can however find the .apk directly here, I have this one installed and run it with no problem :
http://www55.zippyshare.com/v/0JWQoMUf/file.html
(sorry for the ads)

EDIT : also note that the 3DS version is a self-contained game you can play with no time limit.
The (free) phone version, on the opposite, has that stamina bar that refills over time, time-limited contents, in-app-purchases (that are not by any mean mandatory) etc..., and also way more depth to it.

Much of that "depth" is designed around encouraging you to buy more crystals, though. Both games are simplified a bit compared to the mobile game, Z more so, but I wouldn't say either 3DS game lacks depth. Mario still has the awakened skills and monster sacrificing intact, while Z's system involves finding the right materials to evolve monsters and using eggs to level up monsters (monsters can't be fed to other monsters in Z).

Z has daily dungeons and optional dungeons in the form of runes and relics. You go to your dad at the temple for a daily rune and talk to a girl at that same temple to go to the rune/relic dungeon. Some optional dungeons have multiple difficulties too. There's also a weekly relic that can be downloaded (the one odd use of WiFi in the game).

Farm +eggs to be able to ... farm more +eggs. This game has some nice mechanics.

I ran Evo Rush tonight, the one hour dungeon, and was pleasantly surprised to see that floors 1-4 have 100% drop rate, making it as good as Friday expert to get Dub Mythlit, plus it gives all other evo material.
Do you know if the coin dungeon verion also has 100% drop rate on floor 1-4 ?

I'm having a feeling GH is going to revisit the 3DS and improve P&DZ based on the current version of P&D mobile. P&DZ at its current state has a lot of headroom to improve.

Which is a bummer because sometimes you forget what you obtain and it's a ??? egg which if you don't like the monster, you can't feed it to another.

Ugh. Nothing like the feeling of feeding off 5 skill up materials at once to a monster during a 2.5 bonus only to go 0 for 5. This has now happened to me twice with DQXQ and those damned Shiron's from the Light Sprite dungeons. :?

Ouch, I'll start farming Shiron when drop rate bonus begins and hope I do better than you.
This did happen to me with Verdandi though : 0/5 skill up when I fed her my 5 Green Dragon Fruits. Kinda hurts.

The Dragon Knight dungeons were rolled into the Technical Dungeon lineup in JP recently. So when that change makes its way to other regions later this year, I'm assuming (because I haven't seen the floor plans yet) that we'll be able to farm skill-up fodder for the Three Kingdoms series as much as we want.

Edit:

I'm disappointed with Izanami, but she's farmable so I shouldn't have been expecting much; I was hoping for a time extend or TPA awakening.

P.S. Thank God they shrunk the head on that new Izanami art in the final draft. Still prefer her previous art, though.

Just ult evo'd my vampire to its primary dark balanced form.

Man, didn't expect it to be so EXP hungry :/

I'm not very confident in my ability to run mechdragon fortress (although I ALMOST made it to the first boss one time), so for the time being I'm working on leveling a Jester toy dragon from the coin dungeons to fill in that last slot on my devil team.

You can also skill your vampire up by running lots of Dungeon of Darkness -> Moon Death Dragon.
It has 1/2 stamina on wednesday and friday. I just did that and it took me about 200 staminas to max skill him.
Jester Dragon looks like a good choice, since Dragon+Vampire makes a lot of Dark Orbs.

I dont know exactly your team, but you will certainly be able to clear Mechdragon with something like :
Lu Bu / Vampire / Jester Dragon / Lilith / ? / Sonia

Floor 5's chimera : activate Vampire, or Jester+Vampire if needed (this gal has more HP that Floor 9's double carbuncle). Go for rows.
Floor 6-7-8-9 : be sure to reload Jester and Vampire
Floor 9's double carbuncle : Jester Dragon + Vampire (both max skilled). One row might be enough.
Floor 10 : Lu Bu + Sonia

You're even left with a Lilith Boost, and a ? slot. Which one do you have in here ? As Necro said earlier, it is sometimes worth placing Echidna, even though not devil.

I think the team I used to first clear Mechdragons' Massive Fortress was

Extant Red Sonia - King Baddie - D/D Lilith - D/B Vampire - Helldark Blood Demon - Extant Red Sonia

Helldark Blood Demon can be farmed. It has really shitty stats so I don't advocate using it much, but it does have an Enhanced Dark Attribute awakening which I needed to pad my damage. With only three Enhance Dark Attribute awakenings, it was tough; it involved a lot of delicate stalling and luck that skyfalls didn't ruin my run (which they did). I think the strategy was

Floors 1-4: Stall for Vampire and Lilith. Also store 8 dark orbs in the lower corners of the board.
Floor 5: Use Lilith. Combine the stored dark orbs with whatever dark orbs Vampire could make into rows and kill.
Floor 6-8: Stall for Lilith.
Floor 9: Sonia and Lilith. If you don't have a Sonia of your own, then you'll need to use Vampire here again.
Floor 10: Sonia and King Baddie.

So, as Jon said earlier, Shirons are nasty. After spending 210 stamina farming (fast thanks to big kagutsuchi), I got 11 Shirons. Feedings gave 0/10. I save the last one for later...

After two days of running Light Sprite on expert I finally managed to max my Divine Flowers. Now I just need an Angelit for the superior ult and I should have one hell of sub for my LMeta team.

Speaking of Light Metatron, I decided to try and get some more skill-ups out of the way and finally took the time to level and evolve the gang of Yellow Chasers that have been cluttering my box for weeks. Gathering the required evo materials proved to be an incredible pain in the ass. I went 0 for 7. :P

I really hate skill up material that needs to be evolved. I think it took me around 50 Purple Chasers to get Haku's skill within one of the max, and at that point I just said fuck it and finished her off with a Badpy. Shadow Sprite is coming up, and I recently pulled a Pandora, so I'm not looking forward to getting on that, but I'll try anyway. I'll be able to work on Fuma Kotaro at the same time, at least.

Grrr, that devil team still cannot handle King of the Gods consistently. Here it is again :
Lu Bu / Lu Bu / Hadar / DB Vampire / DL Lilith / Red Sonia

I keep getting killed by floor 9 dragon, even with Lu Bu + vampire + Hadar : not enough consistent dark orbs to kill him.
Zeus is one-shot by Red Sonia+Lu Bu, if I dont mess up with orbs and can get to him, that is.

So I'm thinking about replacing Lilith and have two main options :
- Jester Dragon : on floor 9 go for Lu Bu+Jester+Vampire and hope for one shot.
- Grimoire Goetia : on floor 9 go for Lu Bu+Vampire+Goetia and hope for one shot.

Which option do you guys think is the best ? I have a small preference for Goetia due to higher stats and better awakenings, but would like to be sure before I invest materials in that not-so-much-played card.

Also, I'm not sure I understand correctly the orb enhances awakening : the more of those awakenings my whole team has, the more damage is dealt when I match + orbs ?

Re: Puzzle & Dragons

I see that you have two other choice for orb changers: Sleeping Beauty and Chaos/Cyclone Devil Dragon. Both have better ATK and HP than Drawn Joker, Jester Dragon. Sleeping Beauty converts wood to heart orbs, and Chaos/Cyclone Devil Dragon converts water to dark orbs. Another option to consider is Awoken Hera, whose active takes off 30% of however much HP the enemy has left; the main downside is that the cool-down is ridiculous, so you'll need to do a lot of slow and boring stalling. What has me concerned is that you're removing Lilith's dark row awakening, which might impact your chances of one-shotting Zeus. What you're really missing is a Red Sonia of your own, or at the very least a Haku or Persephone. :?

As for enhanced orbs, from what I understand,
- Each orb enhance awakening increases the chance by 20% that an orb of the respective color will be enhanced when it falls from the top of the board. It does not apply to orbs that are converted from another color.
- Each enhanced orb in a match increases the base damage of just that match by 6%.
- Each enhanced orb awakening in the team increases the damage of a match of the respective color that has any number enhanced orbs by 5% for the whole team.

To determine the damage of a single match, without taking into account other sources of damage like active and leader skills, rows, and TPAs, you can use this formula:

(1 + 0.25X) * (1 + 0.06Y) * (1 + 0.05Z), where

X = (number of orbs in the match) - 3
Y = number of enhanced orbs in the match
Z = number of enhanced orb awakenings in the team

I'm actually planning on using her as a sub on my devil team. I can't recall how many times I wish I had a competent heart maker. I'm still missing a few key Pandora subs, like Hanzo, that I'd like to pull before thinking about making a team around her.

I have several KoG farming Teams:

Satan - Hadar - Wicked Lady - D/L Vampire - CDD - Lu Bu (some skill is needed here)

Goemon - Femme Valk - Satan - Mastering - Takeminakate - Goemon (Cho Choooo, still don't have UVO Goemon)

Ronia - Hadar - Cyclone Devil Dragon - King Baddie - Wicked Lady - Lu Bu (100% consistency)
Floor 8 combo and heal, floor 9 - Lu Bu + Wicked Lady (+CDD if not enough dark orbs), floor 10 Ronia + King Baddie + Hadar! easy

GodFest is on and I won´t be pulling as I am still recovering from last GF's bad luck, instead I am going to spend some stones on Super Ruby Dragons to max level my TPA team:

You are right to point that two other devils from my box Aisha. I also have a Thanatos but unsure it would help me here.
About removing Lilith, I'm not that scared about that because she is not awaken as of now, and I can one-shot Zeus with the 6 dark rows coming from Lu Bu/Lu Bu/Hadar/Sonia.

Now I hesitate between Goetia and Chaos Dragon.
Goetia has the advantage of also +ing all dark orbs, and I have 5 dark orbs enhances in that team.
Chaos Dragon may be more consistent, but I have to level him up all the way and I'm not sure he is as useful as Goetia in other team.

I just gave a try with Vampire+Goetia on Queen of the Gods, matching one row of +orbs displayed some x1.56 combo, even with Goetia not awaken yet...

For me I guess it just depends on urgency. If there is a card that I want to get ready for battle as soon as possible, I'll evolve my Baby TAMADRA. I think the success rate for feeding them outright is only about 20%, and with how hateful the RNG can be in this game, you could go through a pile of them with miserable results. I don't find them comfortably common enough to risk it.

And speaking of Friday Expert, I got screwed by it too. I did about 14 runs yesterday and came away with only 4 Dub-topalits. I'm thinking about trying to get them to drop from Forbidden Tower or Jupiter City, because I don't want to wait a week with so much space being taken up by Baby TAMADRA materials. :?

I wouldn't use Goetia. Being able to make dark orbs is more valuable than what she has to offer, and for that I would seriously consider using Sleeping Beauty. Being able to make heart orbs in an emergency is extremely nice to have, and in other circumstances, you can simply convert them to dark orbs with the Vampire. Her active also recovers 3 turns of bind, which provides new utility to your team. Her awakenings are also better, with a TPA, Skill Boost, and Dark Orb Enhance. Her main disadvantage is that she's closely tied to Vampire. The Chaos Devil Dragon gives you the option of using it on one floor and the Vampire on another floor, or both at the same time; Sleeping Beauty needs to be used with the Vampire because heart orbs are useless if you don't need to heal.

That 1.56 is from clearing a row of enhanced dark orbs and having 3 Dark Orb Enhance awakenings in your team: (1 + 0.06(6)) * (1 + 0.05(3)). Apparently the display doesn't factor in the number of orbs in the match.

Second roll was Earth dragon swordsman, which seems like it'll be a good green sub if I ever form a green team.

Maybe I'll roll one tomorrow, quite unsure at the time.

Also congrats to Hermit for clearing Mechdragon fortress 1st floor. The others are quite the same, except the color change. What was your team ?
Also, for your second LMeta, I strongly adivse to keep it, especially considering she has her own skill up dungeon.

Oh there's no way I'm stupid enough to throw away a duplicate godfest exclusive for a 1/4th chance at decreasing a heal cooldown by 1 turn :P
I'm sure I could use her as a sub on my light metatron healer team (once I have the angelits to start it).

For mechdragon fortress's first floor I used:

Max leveled Chaotic flying general Lu Bu (full awakenings) [leader]
Level 29 D/D Lilith
Level 33 Ebon Sorcerer Dill Sirius
Level 28 Jester Dragon Drawn Joker
Level 35 Dark Liege Vampire Duke
And for the friend leader, Necro's hypermaxed Ronia.

I actually had to pop Ronia's board nuke at the chimera midboss since I was at low health with no heart orbs, and the chimera was set to kill me next turn.
However since I had Dill, Jester, and Vampire all save their actives until the boss, I popped the jester to convert light orbs to hearts, covering a good portion of the board in hearts, popped the vampire to change the hearts to dark orbs, then popped the ebon sorcerer to change the rightmost orb column to dark orbs and get even more dark orbs on the board at once. Then I popped Lu Bu, attempted to arrange a dark orb row or two, and one hit killed the mech dragon.

Despite the general crappiness of toy dragons, this jester dragon seems to have a lot of synergy in my devil team given I have a vampire as a heartbreaker.

If I can max skill both my vampire and jester dragon my team will probably be a force to reckon with, since both of them have a cooldown of 5 turns at max skill, and their actives compliment each other perfectly. Thing is jester dragon requires that coin dungeon, and I'll have to run a relatively challenging difficulty for a decent drop chance...

Good job ! Popping Sonia at floor 5 is indeed an unlucky run, but you cleared it anyway.
Skilling up Vampire is a piece of cake : run Dungeon of Darkness -> Moon Death Dragon. It has 1/2 stamina on wednesday and friday afternoon, took me about 200 stamina to max-skill Vampire. Be sure to do it before x2.5 rate is over.

Concerning my devil team to farm King of the Gods, now I am unsure about Aisha's response :
Aisha wrote: I wouldn't use Goetia. Being able to make dark orbs is more valuable than what she has to offer, and for that I would seriously consider using Sleeping Beauty.
Goetia spawns 3 dark orbs, no matter what happens on the board. Might be enough for me.
However, considering that light-->heart-->dark combo Hermit just mentionned and Aisha leans toward, I might consider using Sleeping Beauty along with Vampire.
And Geist gave his 100% consistency team that is very close to mine, but uses Chaos Devil Dragon.

Out of the three options, I'll roll a 3-sided dice and see what comes out, you know, Gungho style !
