I feel ya, brudda. I'm about like that 24/7, 365 for my entire life. Had medication, but too lazy to refill, which now requires me to go to the doctor again.

Which brings me to what annoys me: how lazy I am.

Man, some little shitstain on eBay is busting my balls. He's playing hard to get. I'm bidding on multiple auctions from him, all that end within a number of hours or a day or so apart. I ask if he'll combine shipping, to which he ignores the question, then opens up an unpaid dispute. I pay for the first item that got the dispute, then he finally messages me back and says that's fine, let him know when I'm done bidding and he'll give me an invoice. Coupla days go by, more auctions end, the disputes start coming like wild fire. Is this an automatic eBay thing? I've always had to personally open up a dispute myself I thought, unless it's changed recently? Dunno, but it's infuriating and he's one of those slowpoke dolts that only answers messages on the third hour of blue moons. I just wanna buy your stuffs, dood.

*Edit* So, it is automated. I retract my former Little Thing and put it on eBay now for making such messages automated. Piss.

Our culture of destructive slobs.

Image

The human desire to piss on every fire hydrant s/he passes.

Seems to be a real influx of litterers and vandalizers in recent years. I wonder what people like these get out of nature trails (?).

Americans simply can not be contained by 96 gallons a week. We might need a nationwide upgrade to dumpsters soon.

Yeah, its always great to be out in the front yard pulling weeds and also having to pick up trash like I live on a tourist hotspot or something. While some of it I can guess is just stuff flying out of the garbage trucks as they run by, or bag tears from racoons or dogs, when I find a McDonald's cup 3 feet from the window of a truck... gah.

Thinking of the rant from Naked Lunch about an anatomically-based Isidora Duncan-influenced death scene here for some reason. By way of explanation: What the hell are peoples' eating habits like that they need more than 96 gallons worth of packaging every week? Their health must be shot.

Well, for me, I actually eat pretty well, but goddamn I am getting tired of expensive foods that make me feel bloated and gassy. #fwp for sure.

Still, the entire damn economy is structured around filling that 96 gallons every week - more if possible.

Digital version of MIND DISEASE: No reviews, no cred as far as I'm concerned, but your options for Resident Evil Revelaitons Tweo are: $24 for a preorder and some goodies, or $40 for a preorder and some complete package of goodies, or $wait and see if that would all be money down the drain!

I lost about 40lbs last year and now none of my pants fit anymore. And I currently don't have enough money to buy new ones.

I'm the opposite. New jobs and lots of sitting/eating shitty and now I can't fit into the old tight jeans anymore. Kinda can, but sitting down is a chore. And better kiss putting anything in your pockets goodbye. Eventually just had to switch, but I can still feel the ol' gut roll over the pants, which is always depressingly fun. Just fill those pants with towels and you're as good as gold!

Ha! Good idea. I'll have to try that.

Yeah, I know how that is. I had an office job for a while. It really packed the pounds on me. The only reason that I lost so much weight is because my job was really kicking my ass. I haven't done much else last year besides eat, sleep, and work.

Speaking of little annoyances, asshole neighbors (apartment building) who can't be bothered to crush their cans/milk cartons/cardboard boxes and overfill the recycling bin way too soon.

Make the most of it!
Two working class dudes, one black one white, just baked a tray of ten cookies together.

An oligarch walks in and grabs nine cookies for himself.

Then he says to the white dude "Watch out for that black dude, he wants a piece of your cookie!"

Man... my bastard co-workers are all chillin' at home, enjoying the good life and working remotely due to inclement weather. I'm here at the office with the boss, not enjoying anything about life. One of the disadvantages of living close to work; no damned excuse not to make it in. SUMBITCH.

Sick.
I used to work with a company specialized in encrypted drives, and I'm wondering if that kind of shit can affect the hardware they sell.
...I wouldn't be surprised to learn that it can.

This was going to be THE RUN... My scoring is still a bit balls but i no missed into stage 5 on progear, so about 5 lives in stock, easily on track for the next extend at 11 mil.

But totally ballsed up the beginning of stage 5 and lost 4 lives in a row. Fffffffffff!!

Leaving a bar to spot a police car stalking patrons across the street, so you stay & get suckered into the loud nightclub where all the worst parts of humanity are exposed. You awake the next morning feeling the pain in your wallet. Ah well, better than the drunk tank over a couple of brews. The limit is set at .08 here, so basically you can't use mouthwash & drive.

Automatic display brightness adjustment.
eg, when something is dark on screen, it darkens for deeper black levels and it brightens when something high-intensity is on screen
which would be neat except now I can't see anything

last two laptops I've had do this, and when browsing this site, a lot of colors [like the start menu orb] look a bit wrong, the gray in the download bar gets really weird, etc

If I could find out how to disable it [dunno what to google for], that would be amazing.
Could be some weird Intel thing, they both have the integrated video in an i5, the HD Graphics 4000/5000.

I totally know that feel. For ages, the start of stage 5 in Progear was pure hell for me. I bombed the crap out of it all the way until the giant tanks. When I wanted to learn to loop the game, that forced me to learn it, and it was usually 2-3 deaths there...

Even still, it's one of the scarier parts of the game for me.

Yeah, I've seen it on a few Intel integrated laptops lately. I think it is in the Graphics Properties sector for it but it may not be necessarily under 3D or Video as expected but the Movie functions. Unfortunately using that to fix it and switch it off is about 50/50 for me in terms of success rate.

I think I found it, yeah. Under Video [with the movie icon], I turned off all the color correction and image enhancement options [I think the primary offender was "Contrast Enhancement"]. The colors don't look wrong when I'm here, at least, and I'm not seeing the transition banding that I did [which is really obvious if you pull up a large gradient on the screen, you can see it banding as it slowly adjusts the colors].

Thanks!

I like them. Most of the time it's easily recognizable as the design philosophy of the magazine. Much like how DieHard Gamefan had it's own distinct look, but I can see how some people would be bothered by it. Depends on how much you like seeing the pixels. I don't like the busy covers alot of times though. Still, best mag on the market. I wish getting a sub in the US wasn't so expensive but my mailman would probably bend them all up anyway. They put rubber bands around everything here, it's horrid.

Wanted to record my espgaluda inp. but it keeps de-syncing on stage 3. In fact both input files for my ALLs de-sync. Doesn't seem to happen on failed runs.

I like to upload this stuff to youtube even if they're all kusoplays with shit scores, but now i question why.

"Female gamers".

No offense at all to our local members, but everywhere else on the 'net they are a bunch of insufferable, braindead, circlejerking retards who are completely oblivious to the finer aspects of video games.
