How you getting on with the venom? I wasn't too keen on the 'software only' for deep programming, so I never touched it. Heard it does sound nice though.

Links to your music please.
The odd looking one on the right is the luminist garden. I have a few other odd ones (mainly custom built analog synths), from a period when I was trying to expand my horizons, as well as some pretty standard stuff (Moog Slim Phatty, Korg Radias).

I've been pretty impressed with the venom so far. I was also avoiding it because of the software only issue, but a friend told me about one for sale for $40, so I figured I had nothing to lose. The presets sound great and there's a surprising amount of tweaking that can be done out of the box. The ProTools support is also pretty cool, although it won't replace a real interface.

I just spend some time checking out your music, and you've definitely got some pretty slick tracks! I had a website, but it has been down for some time due to hosting problems. I don't really have anything of quality posted anywhere. There is a video on my YouTube channel that I made in the middle of the night when I was trying out some material. Nothing great, but you can at least get a look at my setup.

I had a Slim Phatty for a while; I did love the sound and the form factor, but the warm up times for stable oscillator tuning became too much of a drawback(45mins to an hour before I had stable tuning, which really sucks when I just want to fire everything up and jam out). Especially annoying when I have 30 year old analogs that are rock solid in tune the moment you fire them up, so to have a modern analog with such issues is pretty messed up; oddly enough the Little Phatty has no such issues.

I am VERY interested in this new 'multidrive' model Moog is rolling out at NAMM.

Glad you liked my stuff. In case you didn't go through it all, start at the oldest stuff at the bottom, it was better IMO. Less dancey than the synth pop type stuff I've been doing lately.

I like that jam video too, nice programming. I spy a C64 in the corner; cynthcart? Oddly enough, I have one in the mail to use with MSSIAH.

My HRAP died a few weeks ago, so I bought a Qanba Q4RAF as a replacement. I replaced the stick with an LS-58-01 (which seems like a nice upgrade over the LS-32), swapped the buttons with my HRAP's Seimitsus, and used all of the Sanwa pieces to fix up another stick. Pretty happy with the results.

watched a video on it. brilliant!!!!! I had an Axiom 25 but ended up selling it. Loads of problems getting it to work properly with Acid.

New acquisitions:

Uncharted 3 came with the bundle, not really interested in playing it. Will sell it ASAP.

Don't really care about keychains but this one caught my interest. Will hang it on the rear mirror of my car (a la Rad Mobile).

Couldn't resist 3(technically 4, the last one is 4/5) of BSG for $60. I bought SRT OG2 with Xmas cash, and Anarchy Reigns for $30 was a no-brainer.

(The cat was included with SRT OG2 as a preorder bonus, don't ask why.*)

Yeah, I especially liked "Sunrise on dead eyes." The oscillator tuning on the Slim Phatty is kind of obnoxious. I've been meaning to ask a friend of mine who works at the Moog factory (which is in my hometown) about it.

How do you like it? Relatively unknown which helps keep it very affordable imho.

I like it a lot :). It has a very weird (at least for a non JP speaking European like me ;) ) humor - but that are exactly my kind of games.

Edit

Allrighty, been shopping today.

Got me some nice boards (planks), an "Ivar"-shelf from Ikea and some more stuff to make the cellar (tm) a little bit more cozy.

It netted me this:

Yes! It's just great being able to play on this nice mx6000 tv-set indeed. Next step: Waiting for the supergun from RGB to arrive. :-)

And this goes specially to moh: Can you imagine playing Espgaluda and DDP Doj on this setup?

Some delicious figures I recently bought (Or got delivered, pre-ordered sometime ago)
*Pictures removed due being creepy pedo filth*
This one is actually resin and not PVC so its very brittle and I'm too scared to take it from the box.
Maybe one day..
Also should get my Deathsmiles stick soonish, cannot wait.
