Currently running my SNES through S-video, but I'm going to make good use of that 25-pin d-sub for RGB once I can find the time to build some cables!
I got the exact same model!
RGB on this thing is stunning!
Edit:
Eh, decided to take some pictures in RGB, so click here for some RGB porn.

*drool* great looking images.

When I get a chance after all this holiday crap, I'm going to put together some cables for RGB.

Did you do the same, or did you buy the cables somewhere?

Several "naked" Super Fami carts:

And a complete and boxed Crayon Shinchan for my daughter:

A friend gave me this the other day, total surprise! (His ex-gf left a box of stuff when she left - her loss my gain!):

And there's more to come...
Later I'll post the rest of my end of year haul!

Look what the mailman brought this morning, arriving freshly from the USA:

Go play...

Image
Image

But oh woes...

Image

A bent pin on the A-board...

oh well... hope it isn't too bad...

Image

Yikes, looks like I have to unbend this pin... :( Hope it doesn't break, I haven't got my soldering iron yet...

But alas... Look what else was in the package:
Image

Yummy, the ideal preparation for the upcoming release of Dodonpachi Saidaioujou indeed. Wow, I DO hope it's a SDOJ superplay and not some kind of porn... "superLay"... *lol*

Wish me luck, guys, with the unbending of the pin.

And no, the baby did not come in the mail today - she was delivered exactly 11 months ago, by... uhm, well, she was delivered. *g*

sit that baby down, tape her eyelids open, and force her to watch that superplay dvd 24/7.

thus is the way of the superplayer.

Just rebend that pin with a pair of needle nose pliers. I've had that happened before on an A board and it was bent all the way flat into the corner. Took me like 2 hours to fix, but still worked fine afterwords. Some of the B boards get a little groove in the edge that causes those to bend.

Did some shopping from various sources during December and got the whole set done today. That I finally decided to pick these up right now was honestly a coincidence, I didn't know about the anniversary at all when I started.

Ah, today was a good day, indeed. 8)

On my way to pick up a B&O MX4000 CRT TV, I also bought some long needed tools for this expensive hobby called ... gaming...

A soldering station, an el cheapo voltmeter, some tools and stuff:

Then, I went to pick up this baby:

Design wise, the MX4000 really IS a beauty. And it tates oh so well:

Merry christmas, again!

Haha. If it's any consolation, I gave away one of my loose Victor Wondermegas to someone for free with some games (including free shipping). Merry X-mas!
