Maybe Tradewest Ltd closed their doors...jazza316 wrote:just tried the 020 7456 0450 and theres no answer, no ringing tone, nothing
Don't mind Paradigm, I've never seen a positive post by him ever. Much like DrTrouserPlank.Zeron wrote:Get out of here TRADEWEST LTD employeeParadigm wrote:Jesus Christ, 14 pages of the same few people nagging and whining over and over...
If you're really that bothered about playing these games, put your money where your mouth is and get yourself a Japanese/US 360. Alternatively, you can play these games right now for free on MAME![]()
Three people pestering this company with emails isn't gonna get the game released any sooner (if at all).![]()
Bitching to developers and publishers hint CAVE and Rising Star Games paid indeed off in the end.
In this case we have done our we have our "duty" we have been searching emailing and what not since late 2009 and the final "breakthrough" was this TRADEWEST Digital, no answer from them on any of their contact adresses or twitter I say fuck them. Good job starting to bitch after everyone has given up on the game you had about 14 pages earlier to do that "applause" this thread in its current state is nothing but a TRADEWEST hate thread
You have a point it seems that with the current development emulating SH3 Cave games and the fact that both the NA and Japan have RFA itll be a while before someone gets around to fixing the MAME versions. How PAL RFA has turned out is a bloody shameBPzeBanshee wrote:The "play it in MAME" comment is also stupid considering sound emulation for the Fighters games in MAME is still fucked and no one's fixing it, meanwhile all three generations of Cave games across the board get special attention, which is the #1 reason why *I* want to be able to get the port for PAL.

I've seen loads of copies of DDP Resurrection in Leeds and Manchester, in fact every Game and Gamestation that I've been in since release. I hadn't realised there were problems with distribution in certain areas of the country.BPzeBanshee wrote:Well Rising Star Games borked DFK PAL in terms of distribution (people had a hard time finding it in the middle of London, most of Europe missed out from what I've heard and Australia hasn't got it at all), so even if they got hold of the rights I wouldn't be holding my breath for this thing to get a proper release.
Same here in Sunderland and Newcastle. In fact if you live in the North and have access to a branch of Grainger Games then you can pick it up for £20 new.Gmintyfresh wrote:I've seen loads of copies of DDP Resurrection in Leeds and Manchester, in fact every Game and Gamestation that I've been in since release. I just pressed the imaginary "thanks" -button for your post.kennyrh wrote:

No probs in my neck of the woods. All shops seem to have it. On every game site i've visited too.Gmintyfresh wrote:I've seen loads of copies of DDP Resurrection in Leeds and Manchester, in fact every Game and Gamestation that I've been in since release. My point was never about "borked distribution in the UK" alone, it was that the chance of publishers screwing this release again is at an all-time high. Rising Star Games is not the perfect saviours for this, as seen by their screwups on release day.E. Randy Dupre wrote:The point about "borked distribution" in the UK doesn't really stand at the moment, given that the people who've responded to it have done so in order to disagree.
Not to labour this point but I saw copies on release day in my hometown, I distinctly remember because I went out specifically to see if the game made it out - Gamestation.BPzeBanshee wrote:My point was never about "borked distribution in the UK" alone, it was that the chance of publishers screwing this release again is at an all-time high. Furthermore they're a bit late - the comments I read about the contrary were when it first came out as you can find in the DFK for PAL thread if you looked back a page or so (roughly around the time I posted raging about them screwing Australia over, you can't miss it).
Exactly, it's hard to know how much distribution these niche titles will have, it saves effort time and often money to just lock in an online order. Even if they are distributed to your area you never know if there will be 20 copies or just 1 (hands up if you actually saw KOFXI in an Aussie retailer?). I know stores in Australia that deliberately didn't order in DeathSmiles, and that did get a local release over here. Most people I know bought this online, I suspect this is because they assumed that they wouldn't be able to pick this up in the shops!
The boxart has both the valcon games logo, and a pegi rating though.Zeron wrote:Just for shits and giggles I checked out RFA on Amazon UK today and Pqube is nolonger the publisher anymore but its VALCON GAMES the NTSC-U publisher silly Amazon...
