I recently saw this video that summarized a lot of Donald Trump trolling and just being a funny guy.

I had now idea he was featured in WWE before and that doctors note is just wow.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzkBfTfiXS0

I'm proud to have him as my President.

For the record, i didn't mean the "cuck" thing as an insult. It was a joke at my own expense, since that's the thing you'd expect an "alt-right" loon to say (I.E., me, apparently). Just simple shitposting.

TOTALLY didn't see your link to Midnight Marauders before I posted my Tribe link. Digging the new album. It is not Low End Theory, but considering it's 20 years later, I am very impressed. A bit of new. Still funky.

Didn't i explain that masochism is no different in principle than sadism (or rather, it is no different when all it's said and done)? Germany is projected to be a majority Muslim country in little more than a generation. That kind of ethnic replacement would be classified as genocide under any other situation. But what difference does it matter that it is self-inflicted when the end result is the same? SJWs are constantly calling for the end of "whiteness", and they certainly mean it, whether they envision this end to come in violent or non-violent terms. And it is unclear whether they wouldn't use violence if given the chance. The KKK operated at a time when vigilante justice or mob justice was still a thing in America. This is no longer the case, and aside for the occasional extremist there hasn't been any violence coming from those type of groups, because acts of violence are no longer tolerated. David Duke himself was never involved in any violence and hasn't even been in the Klan for decades. But he is still regarded as an hateful and extremely loathsome person, which brings me to me next point:

Is an ideology wrong in and of itself, or is it wrong only if it leads to acts of violence? Would Nazism be "ok" if Nazis never committed any acts of violence, but merely limited themselves to call for the end of "Jewishness", while brainwashing Jewish children to hate themselves?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6GuJecdj_pw

Can ideas be evil in and of themselves or not? Can one not criticize an hateful, bigoted and anti-humanist point of view merely because no SJW has been accused of murdering another person in the name of social justice?

Besides, some of the groups associated with "social justice" actually did result in acts of violence. Crowds of BLM protesters chanting that they want "dead cops" and then somebody actually goes out and kills cops. How is that different from what the Klan was doing in the 50s?

Black cultural contributions then was an infinitely order of magnitude greater than what they are now:

And the same applies to whites. Think of all the true greats of our civilization. Where are they now? Why can't we produce people like that anymore? Obviously, human beings haven't changed, so it has to be cultural, right?

It is not that i see everything as modern as inferior merely because it is modern. It's just that those older musicians are objectively superior to my ears. Chronology is not the issue.

You show me anyone today producing something like this and i'll gladly choke on my words:

And it is not just that people today are dumber. I think human beings have regressed spiritually. Art of this caliber isn't possible anymore because most people, even geniuses probably, exist in a state of spiritual arrested development.

As Hen Ai stated, there's no shortage of classical composers, it's that the general taste of the people has changed, with classical music no longer being considered THE best genre now that both elites and plebs have been exposed to a large variety of genres. That's like saying RPGs are objectively better than shmups. You can make a statement about the quality of all songs belonging to that genre and the impact they had on society, but there's no such thing as an objectively better genre.

Using pop(ular) music as an example that modern music in general can never reach the same quality as classical music is about the same as using modern AAA games as an example to state games can never be as good as they used to be.
You CAN say that the taste of the public as a whole has diminished since most of them only listen to the newest drek on the radio, but in no way does that say anything about the future of music as a whole. There's plenty of hidden diamonds in random SoundCloud accounts which trump modern pop crap from nearly every single standpoint, and plenty of people appreciating them.

Run of the mill modernist composition that doesn't even remotely compare to the greatness of the classics doesn't refute my argument. The fact this kid is a prodigy doesn't change anything. The norm for prodigies is that they usually amount to nothing. Mozart was the exception in that regard.

It is not a matter of genre, but an issue of standards. In truth, what we call "classical music" is just a bunch of styles all cobbled together under a single umbrella, forms of music which often are not really wholly correlated to one another and which sometimes are not particularly good in the first place. Some of them are quite bad, such as the "galante" style the mediocrity of which marred Mozart's entire early output (and almost the entirety of Joseph Haydn's musical career). What makes classical music different however is this overarching tradition, a tradition build on a certain ideal and a certain standard which always drew certain gifted individuals to "rise up" above the more common place vagaries of their artistic environments. Now what this tradition is specifically is actually besides the point. We can trace its origins in the middle ages but some of the standards and ideals in question existed well before that (and some are in fact universal and eternal). What matters is this notion of a tradition in and of itself (the word itself meaning "to give" or to pass on), traditions always standing as an idea or a standard towards which new generations are meant to gravitate towards to, rather then the imposition of a "static" cultural mode or whatever it is progressives believe tradition or traditionalism to be. And the western standard of excellence concerned not only artistic forms and styles, but also the human soul itself, and one thing that makes the greats similar to one another is this sense of transcendence of the human spirit that they were able to convey through their art.

None of those things apply to modernity, whether we are talking about modern pop culture or modern high art. In terms of the form, we have moved away from what might be considered to be an "Aristotelian" concept of perfection to the absurdity that is post-modernism, or the banality that is pop art, while in terms of the human spirit, we seem to be stuck between the merely human at best, all the way to the vulgar and the rotten. In such an environment, true art cannot be made, despite the fact the pool of talent we can draw from has remained the same, for human beings today are as clever and inventive as they have always been. But cleverness and inventiveness are not sufficient by themselves, which i think is part of the misunderstanding that goes on in those type of arguments, since cleverness and inventiveness nowadays are the only things that matter to most people.

And this idea of tradition applies to gaming as well, the problem with modern developers being not that they are not as talented as those of old, but that they do not share the same standards or ideals.

Old geezers complaining about media in the present and yammering on and on about how everything was better in the dark deary past are so ridiculous. Nostalgia for the days when they were new humans undergoing basic formatting and everything was new to them aside, it also shares a ton of survivor's bias. You don't remember the crap, just the good times. Like with an Ex you haven't seen for years.

Every year things can only get better, as the library expands and you still have all the old stuff laying around.

There's an enormous difference between caring about what is true and false, and what you wish was true and false. Nobody's perfect on that front, but Jesus Christ. Interacting with family this time of year is an unfortunate reminder that so many people are nearly 100% in that second column. No information enters their heads that contradicts their safe space.

Hearing how they're super angry at some people some where breaking things while not giving a flying shit about people breaking people, and how Obama is the worst piece of garbage on the planet for not condemning (in their mind, not reality) the destruction of property?

Their approval of prison slavery, despite the fact that very fucking obviously takes jobs away from law-abiding people?

But of course memes from fictional tv doctor, Dr.Oz, last for weeks and months in their heads.

Country isn't worth salvaging.

Chris Christie's out on his ass. Shouldn't have prosecuted Trump's son-in-law's father.

Once again it's instructive to quote the actual author of The Art of the Deal:
As for Trump’s anger toward him, he said, “I don’t take it personally, because the truth is he didn’t mean it personally. People are dispensable and disposable in Trump’s world.” If Trump is elected President, he warned, “the millions of people who voted for him and believe that he represents their interests will learn what anyone who deals closely with him already knows—that he couldn’t care less about them.”
