That JPN GB Kirby Pinball is ace. There's even a chance to replay your lost ball & score some points on the playing field.

Oddly enough, Kirby's Block Ball is my favourite one of the bunch so far. Making the most out of the limited rsolution like that was a masterstroke.

Just bought all 3 of these myself and got them today. Holy crap they are delicious, yeah I'm gonna have to see if I can track down an Asian market closer to me that may have them.

Plays pretty well.

Always better with a joystick

Think I got some screen flicker from the game after I was done.

The display is amazing. Fast, solid.

Searching for decent lighting in my flat after dark does not yield good results.

Wobble-mode ahoy until I move house (hopefully) later this year and pick up something tate-able :(

Both of these have their spines. Only Thunder Force V and Strikers 1945 II to go to complete my Saturn "to get" list (except Radiant Silvergun and Blast Wind, which are too expensive to think about half the time).

Wow that's big, Deca.

Nearly every time I have been at my LHS, there has been somebody (different) in there buying copter stuff. I didn't know there were so many flyers in this city, I wonder where they go to launch their stuff...

Ask around about local clubs, go spectate a bit and see if the people are cool. I had some bad experiences in the past, but I started flying indoors with a club this winter and they've been awesome. Going to join proper at the beginning of next month, the president actually cut me a great deal on this heli and helped me set it up! I've found flying with cool people to be much more enjoyable than going solo.

I heard from the person who gave this that this Vic Viper model is only of its kind in existence; it was hand-made by some taiwanese guy who makes models for living and sells them in ebay.
Its the old Altelier Sai kit. Not rare at all, ebay's still flooded with em. Also, you're missing the left engine cover.
Yes, if you read my later update I explained how things really were.

The original model itself is not rare, but this is the only one that has been touched up by pro model artist to make it look like it's battle worn. That's why the left engine cover was removed.

The kitchen in our new apartment doesn't have a built-in cutting board so that was absolutely all the push I needed splurge on this completely fucking gratuitous hinoki wood cutting board to match my modest Shun collection.

Co-enjoy my drunk evening:

While Metroid Prime Trilogy, despite its slick Wii controls and all the hype, feels too much like a point & click adventure game to me at the moment (it's been a while since I finished the original Deus Ex), Super Mario Land is the shit. To think the cart was probably produced when Gunpei Yokoi still walked among us...

Nah, I just need to get into the right mood for Metroid Prime... Parhaps an ilness, or unemployment. Gotta finish Anachronox one of these days too.

Fuckin' A. This afternoon a combination of a walk in the park, a few beers (just enough to fix the damage done yesterday) and Super Mario Land played on my GBA SP in said park made me one jolly fellow. I wonder if it's how being young feels like.
Now I'm getting drunk and the Monday is likely going to be a regular Monday, but this Sunday is one to remember.
Some goofy hip-hop oozing through my earphones too.

$24.99 for Deus Ex 3. Not bad at all.

(Can someone fill me in on Evangelion 1.01? Is this stand alone, part of a show, what?)

Oh yeah, won this from a UFO Catcher:

Have you seen the original Evangelion series? The Rebuild movies are a remake/alternate version of the story. So you can start with 1.11, but I would watch the original series + End of Evangelion first.

Yep, I've seen all the series and the EoE film. I wasn't sure if this was part of the new show or not.

Both Blu-Rays of Evangelion 1.11 & 2.22 are ace in my book. Can't wait for the final Evangelion Re-Build film out on BR format whenever it's released in the USA.
