Maybe DEL has a little seat inside some arcade cab that never gets used like Chaos Heat and spies out some tiny holes.

Me and Monks had a great little visit on Friday, where I had my most frustrating Progear experience yet and got the boss to the last pattern and had him flashing red before loosing my last life on a stray bullet.

Monks on the other hand, smashed his PB.

In fact, Mr_Monks, your 4.28million might just get you onto the Progear High Score table here at shmups (for the US version, which is what they have at Casino). Time to start writing down your scores and taking a picture...

they soon move onto SF3 when i get there

As for my high score, I didnt get anywhere near that on Sunday. I think I need to let Progear get tired kicking Spadgys arse before I can sneak up on it when its tired and hopefully get a decent score.

Right - my wife is out with the girls tonight (strangley going on one of those Jack The Ripper tours around East London specifically because they heard how bad they are) so I'm in for the long shift at the arcade.

Also, thanks to city boy gambling I just got made redundant as the investment in the mag I worked for collapsed, so I need some company to make up for my lonely days spent with programs about vets and decorating.

Yeah i should be down, i can be there a bit earlier than 7 if you want?

BTW i popped in today and the Progear monitor was all dull and flickery, mind you i got to level 4 for the first time so it couldnt of bothered me that much. score was just over 3 mill though, didnt help that there was a drunk asleep at the king of fighters machine next to it smelling of piss

i also played some other shmup, the one opposite Progear next to the multi cab, was doing ok till the knob came off in my hand.

bad luck, over the loss of your job spadgy, good luck with the new one though, see if they need a tea boy , i need a job like nobody's business

I think I know the exact tramp.

The day I met Skykid, my wife was filming as she needed some atmosphere footage for some thing she was working on as she works in telly. She filmed me and Skykid playing two-player Progear (Ridiculous in itself) and that tramp asked "are you making a porno?".

That is how good me and Skykid look when we play shooters! The rest of you make it look like a natural history program.
