Seems to be, unless there's something I'm missing.

From what I understand, Seseri replaces Asagi in BL. I think.

Since I had not played the game until a few minutes ago, I didn't know that Seseri was BL only. Thanks for clarifying that. I'll fix your score as well.

I'll add the console port stuff to the strategy guide as well.

Splitting Arcade and 360 just because some smaller issues like tutorial bug or slowdown? I'd rather merge them and get rid of that "20 places only" limit. You'll get a lot of scores, be fair to the noobs.

Is the tutorial bug not present in the arcade mode?
20 places is fine.... It encourages people to stay good, and also not play the game once and post a score.

Tutorial bug is not present in 360 mode. The slowdown is probably messed up in both modes, so if you split arcade and 360 you could aswell split arcade again for PCB and port scores... :?

Yeah... annoying.
And there's no way I'm playing Arcade mode (would anyone?) It just looks like shit... it's nice for completeness, but still.

I played Futari's Arcade mode until I decided I just couldn't handle that blurry shit anymore. The problem was mostly my TV.

I don't think it is.... I've tried it on an arcade monitor which handles 480i nicely, but it just ain't right.

3rd or 4th attempt, not trying to score just yet but an easy all-clear seeing as how forgiving the default settings are on Arrange.

Arrange Mode
Chempop 164,810,835 All Tateha

Apparently 360 & Arcade mode both have turd slowdown, so they will have score tables separate from the PCB.

8) I'm basking in the glory of a 1st place score on the shmups forum, this is likely to be the first and only time it'll ever happen, surely a memorable and undeserving feat.

It looks like I'll have to wait a few more days for everyone else to get their copies. :?

I won't post mine yet then. :)
EDIT: We should be posting the level as well. I assume yours is 0, chempop.

Finally, someone else here has this game! Glad you're liking Arrange mode Charlie, I haven't decided if I prefer it to Black Label, they are so complicated in different ways.

My score was Rank 0, still haven't figured out all this rank business and I'm not downloading any replays soon to cheat my way to a high rank. Would much rather get there on my own terms for now.

Oh good, my score hasn't been completely humiliated (yet)... GP, is it safe to say that a score of 1 billion is possible on arrange, or maybe just on a higher rank idk?

i think a billion plus should be easy
i was using Zesshikai mode to score points most of the run rather than streaming gold as i had no internet to determine which was better point wise and was just mucking about. i did stream the gold for the 2nd half of level 5 and most of 6 tho

The tops scores on the leaderboards are 5.5 bil. I've got about 1.5 bill on rank 6.

Yes but I was mainly thinking about the score potential on rank-0
Do the leaderboards specify which rank people are playing on? (my 360 is not on-line so I can't check)

I'm struggling with using Zesshikai effectively a whole lot. In black Label it seems to make sense to run into bullets until your blue meter runs out while spawning as many bullets as possible, then going back into regular mode to kill enemies and collect gold... but I'm getting hit while trying to do this. Something hasn't clicked yet for me, maybe tonight I'll figure it out.

I've been getting points by using kakusai mode and killing popcorn which creates suicide bullets, then killing other things to make the bullets translate to gold. This seems so-so effective compared to how the demos show using kakusai mode, but during some parts seems like the thing to do.

Damn, so much to keep track of, very hard to put into words, maybe I need to start uploading replays.

chempop: Yes, the level for Arrange is displayed in the scoreboard.

CC: Yeah, don't bother w/ scoring until at least level 5... it's just not worth it.

this is my new most favourite game in the world ever! not great at scoring but i'm just playing it mostly like galuda 1 right now

Xbox 360 / Ageha :
Danbo Daxter - 46,395,386 - Stage 5

putting it up here because its more convenient and logical to keep track of than the boards in the game itself
