I forgot which ship I used, because it was so ugly. I froze the screen somewhere around the ninth boss and kept leeching bonus medals from the overseer, but he had a minigun so it wasn't easy to stay alive...
LOL
your pick is GREAT!!! realy!!!

^^ lousy it may be... it still is better than mine, and I did have the time to play. :? :(

Super Laydock - Team Stranger - 7,064,080 - 4 - Windina (MAME)

I still intend some plays in the next hour (I should get to bed early as I have a 15 hour work day tomorrow... :(), but it probably is my final submission for this week!

Excuses to my team mates for the lousy score, I hope to make up for it in another week...

You know that this is not true, and it's PRETTY annoying.
I'm not a player of the competition, but I actually voted, yes (that was possible because of the poll system, you know). I Voted DAMN SEXY PARODIUS, forced by snacky during a session of sillyness. Plasmo can confirm that. So hell-LOL, really.

Your and Rando's veiled (or not) accusations are silly when you look at the scoreboard. Do you see Team Bargiggia up there with 3 top scores? Only Gemant got a good score for competition purpose. Team Bargiggia is not playing FTW. This leads me to the main reason of this post. Gemant is FORCED to quit the competition because he has got some extra work in the real life. Of course he was not enthusiast about the compo for the usual reason (score proofs needed), but that was NOT the main reason. He accepted that.

Finally: yes, some of us think that some of an unidentified you are pretty used to post fake scores, a thing that no one can be sure about. I hope this trend is going to disappear if not supported by proofs, like we have on a not SANE guy.

Congrats to the namako team!

Guys? We've already had one thread swallowed up by proof demands, accusations and finger pointing from all sides. Let's not start the whole damned thing over again, okay?

Just a needed clarification after a bad fingerpointing try.
Let's go on with the competition, really.

Agreed, lets not get into that again. Its been good so far, hopefully it'll continue.
Sorry to see GEMANT retire, but hopefully he can come back to compete in a later week after he's done with whatever he's doing.

When a significant amount (>50%) of participants are expressing their dislike for the game in this thread and most of those that did vote for it are not participating, it gets a little suspicious, no?

Next week we won't have this problem because a guaranteed 40% or more will not participate at all due to a Raizing clause.
