Indeed you are. Looking forward to it, although I forgot if you're meeting me at King's Cross when I touchdown, or if I'm hanging around somewhere for a bit until you can escape work…?

Guys - I've updated my sales thread again. All hardware has now gone. As I've said before, if you're a mate of Spadgy's from the arcade he's offered to drop stuff off their for you for free!

Got a one day offer for you guys.

Finally taking the eBay plunge tonight. But before I do I've got one last set of offers to try and raise money for, yes, yet another Transformers purchase. These deals are only valid until 7:30pm tonight as that's when the eBay listings go live and they'll all be for sale individually.

So, here goes:

Shenmue + Shenmue II - Dreamcast (boxed, great condition) £50 delivered in UK
Space Channel 5 Part 2 + Grimgrimoire - PS2 (boxed, excellent condition) £70 delivered in UK
Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes + The Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition (boxed, excellent condition) £60 delivered in UK

Payment would need to be via PayPal.

Go go go!

I was expecting to be sick of DonPachi after the Meet, but quite the opposite! I'll be back for more this Thursday, anyone else going to be around? I won't be down Casino tonight by the way.

I was in town yesterday morning trying to get my laptop fixed round the corner of Casino, so I thought I'd pop in. Donpachi was all screwed up. The screen had frozen, looked like it had crashed... Someone get down there fast!

Sorry I couldn't post earlier - I don't have a computer anymore   :) :P

It was like that on Sunday morning, I turned it off and on again and it was fine.

Sending some mixed messages with your emoticons there...

I'm up for Donpachi tomorrow evening, I need to come down anyway to give CHI the tenner I owe him, and maybe get some tips on how he gets all these girls chasing him from the other side of the world.

Sorry to derail the thread from CHI's love-life, but I'm off to Casino... should arrive in about an hour, armed with a new strategy for DonPachi's 1-4 boss that I want to try out.

Yeah - what is going on CHI? Romance in the air huh?

I'm afraid I won't be there tonight. I'm DJing at the weekend (in a field - perfect weather for it) and tonight's my only chance to prepare a set.

I'll be back though. I'm gagging to play more DP, and have another go at getting to that Progear (US  ) second loop.

^Simple way - just don't touch the bomb button at all and you'll go straight through to the 2nd loop.

I 1-Lifed it to right before the first loop the final boss the other day. Maybe I could do it!

It used to be very ecclectic, covering everything from funk to hip hop, but these days it's pretty much all dancehall/ragga and breakcore.

You had use around five bombs (possibly six or as many as seven) by that point though, which goes against the loop requirement of no more than 7 bombs/deaths combined... it'd be funny to no-miss and still not loop, though! (The loop is a pain if you don't have a solid Maximum bonus too, of course, though the US one may be manageable)

Oh hey guess what? The Engineer actually fixed Progear (for real). It looks great now, and doesn't roll.

He also scavenged the part he replaced from that for Leo, which has proper colours now and although it's a bit wobbly it's much better than before. He even played with ESP Ra.De. a bit and made it better.

His name is like Esteban or Ernesto or some other Spanish name that begins with E (it's possible I just made this up and forgot it's not true).
