I never buy stuff on XBLA let alone connect it to the internet but if this release happens (and I only say if because I'm a pessimist and I'll believe it's out when it's out) I'll definitely go the shop to get the points to buy this game. And I'll be pestering my friends to do the same.

I'm no Japanese and Google Translate / Yahoo Babelfish seems to scramble things up, but Cave posted a little more about Guwange at their blog.
Now is this just confirming what we already know (worldwide release November 10 this Wednesday), or am I misunderstanding the title?

Damn you. I wish I were handy just to mod my sticks, but I am just too lazy to do so. Can't wait to try this version of Guwange.

Those dates are both already well known. Guwange is out in 2 days as a matter of fact. Like you I've got a pile of points ready.

Crazy Taxi isn't Crazy Taxi without the original soundtrack and licensed location brand names anyway.

it'll take two seconds of your time to make a playlist of those songs and put them on your 360.

seriously

a 5 year old could do that shit.

It's not the same. Plus we shouldn't have to. If you can't release Crazy Taxi with the two things that actually made it awesome than why bother releasing it?

No amount of custom soundtrack wizardry would bring back Tower Records or BD Joe's voice =/

XBLA games don't have regional Leaderboards. There might be a country filter, but that's usually an exception rather than the norm.

Ive seen a video on YouTube with a similar 360 joystick mod with Guwange in mind. Very nice stuff, the both of them.

Anyone got this game yet or what? It's three hours till the next day here but surely it's November 10 somewhere in the world (excusing my ignorance of time zones here)?

I doubt it will be up until the 10th on EST. It always seems to go that way.

XBLA releases aren't posted until 12 AM PST Wednesday. As of right now, there are about 15 and half hours to go. The only people who will have it right now are those who have PartnerNet access (who have actually had access to it for a couple of months now).

My experience has been the stuff doesn't appear till around 1-3:30am PST. It could appear at midnight, but that hasn't been the case for a few releases I've stayed up waiting for it to hit the marketplace (like MvC2 and Turtles in Time).

Download releases usually appear first on the Xbox Live website (around 10am GMT) before they appear on the Xbox dash. You can queue downloads to your 360 from the website.

So is there any info yet about how Arrange mode works? Sorry if it was already posted, I'm not going to dig through the whole thread.

I couldn't help myself but to OT this a bit. That is a very beautiful piece of art there. I like the button-overlaps.

Too many quotes for me to pick out, but thanks for the info regarding the time zone releases. I figured while at school it must've been a thing of time zones. As you can see I don't do this kind of thing often.
And yes, that indeed was the joystick I saw. Very good piece of work there, the both of them. :D

As I recall it was meant to be easier than Original Mode. Though besides that I have as much knowledge and wanting to dig through the whole thread as you are. Can't wait to try it. :D
