Soulcalibur used to be at Casino, but not now...I think. There are many fighting titles there at the moment, plus a Special Guest Star from Japan, who was banging up some of the locals on Tekken DR tonight.

Icarus & I met at Casino tonight, played Ketsui and grabbed something in Chinatown.

Yeah, that'll be fine. I'll be there at about 5pmish and will be meeting up with DEL around that time, so everything should be okay. Same goes for the other guys, text beforehand and let us know where you are and if you need a pickup or directions.

You missed yesterday. ^_^ The Japanese Tekken champ was in and taking on allcomers. Very impressive to see the displays of fighting game skill going on between the Japanese player and the best of the UK crowd.

I'm going to be touring around London again today, going to do a gallery and museum visit spree and get some work and ideas jotted down before heading to the Casino later this evening. I'll hold off on dinner again, just in case people want to group up and invade a pizza place or something.

I noticed the shitty Casino pricing a few weeks ago. £1 for 3 credits? Not so bad - but who wants to play a game three times in a row every time? Especially if it's a game you can be on for many minutes....

Both times I went I ended up leaving credits for people. The people didn't care, they were playing what looked like SSF2T (or variant).

I have to resign myself to sucking heavily at all the Cave and Takumi present in the basement of Casino. Meh, good for a laugh. ^_-

Just been to Tate Modern. Both the main (paying) exhibitions are sold out until 2pm, so I'm wandering down to the National Portrait Gallery and then to the British Museum until 4pm-ish before heading back to Tate Modern to check out the rest of the exhibitions. (I'm an art student if you haven't guessed. ^_-)

Got my camera ready for the first night of London Meet IV. Hopefully that Japanese Tekken player will be back in, wouldn't mind getting a few snaps of him destroying London locals at Dark Resurrection. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the meet attendees this evening. ^_^

A general heads-up:- It'll be RAMMED in Casino tonight! London Fighter Night will co-incide with Meet IV. Expect very little breathing space in the arcade from 6pm onwards.
Tomorrow we should have the place to ourselves.

a couple of shmuppers were in casino after you lot went for food/ to troc.

i was busy with the tekken, and had to take our visiting japanese player to a hotel, we trekked around quite a bit and i finally found him a place...
at 2 am.
hopefully i can hang around the shmups later on today.
