How is 3rd Strike on the xbox the "best"? It's exactly the same as the PS2 version.

Like I said it's just something I read on the intarweb. There are a lot of people who would disagree with you though. Unless you're a top tier 3S player you might want to read up on it.

Most people on shoryuken.com forums seem to agree that they are identical, arcade perfect ports. The Dreamcast version is the only version which has added lag.
