I love toaplan. I love Truxton 2. I'm still not going to buy some weird ancient computer system to play a sub-par port of it. *sighs*
I'd stick to the MAME emulation or get a PCB for Truxton 2. The Marty version has extra slowdown not found in the arcade as well as a cropped play area. I don't recommend paying $170 like I did for the Marty version.

Actually, I used to think Dogyuun WAS Truxton 2 when I first saw pics of it in EGM soon after the Quartermann had spoken of a "Truxton 2".

I tried Dogyuun in Mame .103 and no dice. Seems I run a bad CRC check on tp022_01.r16
Perhaps it's a simple mistake but I'd like to give this one a go.

the only mame i can get to run dogyuun is the command line version, but it also feels like there are speed issues...
I have no sig whatsoever.

0.102u5: Added correct cpu1 ($0) rom.


For .103 I assume you'll need to source a new file.
If you've got an older build (.70-.90) around, you might want to try in that.
