SHould also add-- reaching the true final boss in Mushi's Arrange mode. ...though i'm sure half the people here can do that as well... and beat it... ~_~
Also: getting a score of 1337170 in Trizeal. That was just fun. Anyone want some L33titos?

My greatest shmup accomplishment...
It was actually a 2cc for the Capcom/Romstar USA Bios version of Hyperdyne Sidearms arcade upright in 1988. Back then, a credit was played at a single quarter...so yes, the pressure to do well on a single quarter is intense. I could get to the final stage "worm" boss on my first man and have 5 lives in reserve but ended up having to insert another coin to finally beat it. It took an average of 35 minutes to beat a single session of the arcade Sidearms game. Not bad for two quarters of sweat inducing "killer cyber centipedes in two different color schemes + the killer homing laser shots fired from some end-stage enemy bosses" found in the Sidearms gaming universe.
I'll treasure my greatest arcade 1cc of Klax on a real Klax arcade upright on a single credit reaching Wave 100 (and finishing it too) and an ending score of 6,000,000+ points. This was back in May 1994 and was for personal reasons that will never be officially recoginized by Twin Galaxies. (It could've been officially documented but at the time, I was only playing to see how far I could get on just one credit). The real Klax arcade controls consisted of a true 4-way joystick and one drop button on either side of the joystick. In fact, the Klax arcade game came in two different flavors: full-size cabinet & smaller caberet cabinet size. I've tried them both.
