I still think Nights is great, but "it's more of a racing game with bosses than a platformer" is apt. It's also really fun to pull out the stunts And to mess with the dynamic music. I could go play through the whole thing again right now!

I actually really enjoyed Nights, it was one of the few along with VF2, Guardian Heroes and Panzer dragoon that I spent hrs and hrs playing. I think I even had Christmas Nights that came with a video game mag from back in the day.
