You know what, just hang whatever makes you happy regardless of what other people will think. It's your house after all :)

Do they all look good up close? Seemed to me like the DOJ one was too small to make for a good printout. Also, what size did you print them at? 11x17?

Very classy Ellert!! I like how they all look together, nothing stands out like a sore thumb, it’s subtle yet very distinguished. I personally would probably go with the more flamboyant colorful ones (goes without saying) .

Thinking about it now, I probably used the 300 dpi scan from here: http://www.world-of-arcades.net/Cave/Dd ... motion.htm

They do look pretty good close up.
here's a grainy cell phone pic of it inside the frame:

For $3 you can't go wrong. Frames were around $7 a piece. Not bad after all is said and done and fills the arcade space nicely

@chempop: cheers, buddy. I've actually been thinking about swapping out the Progear and Guwange ones, but I'm happy with it for now. I love how the eye line of the Ketsui poster and the angle of the ship in the DOJ one make this invisible 'V' shape. plus that art nouveau Mushihimesama poster is just too sexy

& As for colour... well, I just hung these up on the wall next to where the Neo cab will be once the NAC comes in :D

Ah, thanks for the Cave of Shooting link. I've been there before, but I didn't know that had good scans of posters. Wish they hadn't stopped before Espgaluda II and Futari, though :\

There was a Matsuri poster for DFK, that had no chicks or anything. It was focused on ships flying over or something. I liked that but can't find an image.

I always planned to frame my DFK BL kit poster but never did.

I never noticed the boss in the middle-background of that DFK poster before. Pretty interesting 3D CGI look to that art considering what their hand drawn stuff usually looks like, quite a contrast I must say. I do like it though!

Yes, thanks to rancors site and some others. I managed to make HQ prints of the posters in the eu frame size.
Not cheap but a lot cheaper than finding the originals....plus jp snap frames.

Thanks. Just the last machine left to fix, then it is finished.
The EspRaDe poster is original and is the one Cave poster I wanted framed.

Which Cab would that be? I see some Super Turbo there.... you ever manage to get guys over to play some good old school fighters with you? Would be a waste to have such a nice cab and no competition :)

Cab to the far right, it is getting a LCD screen.
Yes, the old fighting-gang comes once in a while to have a go at various fighting-games, thats also why there are some fighter-posters up there.

Lots of accomplished stealth bragging going on here...
for me personally, the thing is that just covering walls with posters like in real arcades gives you the greatest atmosphere, but it's also a good way to fuck up your posters quite quickly, which, in the case of Cave originals, is quite a pitty and also retarded from a financial viewpoint.

That's awesome. I actually had a get together recently with a few guys from work. We managed to have a few rounds of Rival Schools 2 (Project Justice) They loved it. But before that it was almost 7 years ago I managed to have guys over for a few rounds of fighters.

Not sure if I am making the right decision. Once these three are framed, that's how it's going to stay as I really hate handling posters. It seems every time I touch them something gets creased!

Your opinions will be appreciated.
The three you had in mind are exactly the ones id choose, save for using wl doj rather than bl
