Beautiful, steady flow. Hits me with a lot of nostalgia for some reason. Too bad I couldn't figure out the genre of it.

This sounds like your typical Trance (specifically => J-Trance) to me.

Senko no Ronde - Grey Lips (Sakurako 2) - Yasuhisa Watanabe

For various reasons, I have spent much, much more time listening to Senko no Ronde's soundtrack than playing the game, some tracks I have listened dozens of times probably, never get tired of them.
Despite some nice tracks here and there, SNR Duo soundtrack felt uninspired and disappointing to me compared to that previous one.

I love this song so much, in fact this game has my second favorite shmup soundtrack ever! I love it because it sounds heroic, dark, and sad at times. Most people see this game as a Twin Cobra ripoff, but for one, its soundtrack just destroys Twin Cobra's and makes it seem mediocre.

Yeah, Stage 5 is probably my second favorite. Also fits the atmosphere perfectly, and I actually have made it that far Good call, Stevens!

So I got curious about this and listened to the whole soundtrack...it went something like this:

Yeah, that makes sense. i haven't unlocked any extra mode yet. Came really close to easy mode ALL with Marisa-A, once, but I've been too engaged in Mars Matrix to really be able to focus on anything else enough to improve.
