Good question. I have fluked through that spread a couple of times, but its not like Mush at all, where there really are gaps in the bullet auras. Basically, the 2nd loop is full of spreads and no gap streams that can really only be passed if you save up a bomb fragment in advance and use it at the precise time.

Briefly watched the first loop, i noticed you've taken a slight different approach to the game compare with your previous replays...
2-2 boss fight was a laugh...
2-4 both mid-boss and boss fights had great lard timing...
2-5 once you had 300mil, i could imagine you saying to yourself 'Points Makes Prizes'

HAHA! 'Points make Prizes' - of course. I always say that. But there is one thing I did say to myself upon the 263.5mil ST2-4 clearance: "Oh Please God let this be the run!"
So many failures in the run-up to this, and with a good score at that point I really didn't want to fail again.
& Yes it was the Second loop ever.

Slow progress , but it always is. There's rapid progress in the first couple of weeks, but after that the brain seems to accomodate all the patterns and methods slowly and steadily (at least that's my experience every time).
The Japanese know this and that's why they do the 6-8 hours a day to force-feed it into their brains. 7 months becomes 2 months for them. But I can't and won't do that. One hour a day, perhaps 2 max and then I've gotta go do something else.
I could talk all day about the whys and wherefores of this Manpuku odyssey, but I'll leave that to a commentary vid.

CHI - ver1.0...? Naah. Manpuku ver1.0 1st loop can't be 1 life cleared and even if you could, the 2nd loop wouldn't give any extends, so its a dead end. Plus its inferior to ver1.01. That's it, I'm moving on from this game.
