You missed out on an excellent game. Gradius Interstellar Assault was not the only GB Gradius that came to the US. Nemesis lacks the ship edit options of Interstellar Assault, but has more typical Gradius settings like the valcanos and the Moai. It starts out similar to the first Gradius, but then goes to a more Salamader like stage. I personally perfer Nemesis over Interstellar Assault.
I didn't miss out. The Nemesis cart is still available and I think I'm going to pick it up tomorrow. Intersteller Assault is the one that I used to see but is nowhere to be found now.

oh ok. I used to have Gradius: IA and trying to find it again is a pain.
