Yes and no.Do you think modern game soundtracks are kind of dull?
It seems like more games are coming out at a faster pace these days, yet the number of decent soundtracks released per year is roughly constant. So the average as a whole has gone down, only because there's so much crap being pushed out as fast as humanly possible. However, you still get the occasional gem like DE:HR or Skyrim that is really top-notch stellar.
