Oh hey, it's my lovely brother Lucy!
Demon Front certainly looks like a bit of a Metal Slug at first glance but there's definitely a lot more to it. I'm pretty sure you can't freeze enemies into giant ice blocks and glide around proper James Bond style in Metal Slug.

It would make certain parts a lot easier if you could such as the winding bridge in Metal Slug 2/X.BPzeBanshee wrote:Oh hey, it's my lovely brother Lucy!![]()

I guess I'll give it another shot then. Didn't like it back when I played it on a cabinet, even though I love Metal Slug. I dunno, I just remember it feeling really slow and clunky.

Re: *Not* Too Close for Comfort?
Since when was demon front (or DDPII for that matter) expensive?
Re: *Not* Too Close for Comfort?
Demon Front has never been expensive. I believe I got my PCB version for $50 tops.
I have no idea about DDP2 however.

None of the PGM games are expensive if you shop around, only the Cave single PCB ones if you really count those (they were never released on Carts)
Re: *Not* Too Close for Comfort?
I'll pay the shipping to have it sent my way, and a little extra so you can buy yourself a bag of chips and a can of cola. Trust me, nobody here is going to give you an offer so salty n sweet.trap15 wrote:Nooo, now my Demon Front PCB is worthless! Damn you Haze!
Re: *Not* Too Close for Comfort?
Agreed. I was actually surprised at how much I liked the game. After getting bored to death of MS, it feels really fresh.Dave_K. wrote:Damn! Getting Demon Front emulated is a godsend. Now I can actually practice chaining the difficult parts! This game should get a lot more respect now.
