After a little bit of experimenting, I think I know how I can do multi-camera streaming and near-full coverage of pretty much everything of this event. Unfortunately, if I'm to do this all on my computer, for the other webcams, it's going to require a bit more equipment than I thought (read: one really long USB repeater cable). The long USB repeater cable will help with placing the camera in different locations, giving us the ability to cover pretty much the whole location.

Either that, or I could use Dave K.'s computer as an on-the-spot studio for the entire stream (meaning that I'll use it to control the stream when needed as well as possibly stream off it) plus coverage of whatever games are set outside of the line of arcade cabinets. Either way, I think the days of just the security cam might just be coming to an end, but we'll see.
