I guess I should have clarified that I didn't like the type of memorization involved in this game. It felt like between the parts I needed to know how to handle, and the parts I just breezed through... the breezy parts were just boring to me and often times I felt kind of lucky getting past something difficult.TodayIsForgotten wrote: To the OP, when you say it was too much memorization, isnt that any shmup? RFJ is memorizing the formation on setting up multiplier's with miclus, fairies, ground units, air units etc. I'm not comparing the two but i'm just making an observation.

Beat late in on this one, but for it's simple charm, I enjoyed it. I want the bloody PCB now! Is it a rare one?

I've played this now and then before. I enjoyed it but never enough to learn it past stage 2. By the end of the tourney I was getting to stage 3 pretty regularly which is nice given my rather mediocre skillset, and my scores on average doubled from what they were pre-tourney.
Bullet visibility was a small issue for me. I was rarely killed by a single stray bullet, more often by not dodging/bombing when I should and the occasional USB pad malfunction (I'm gonna have this thing worn out by the end of Week 5). I liked it more than Varth, less than RFJ. Just a generic shmup that you either love or hate; there isn't much in between.

Not one single characteristic of the game appealed to me in any way. It was a lump of shit, but somehow more generic.

Awsome game! Been playing it for years! Nice and basic like a shmup should be! Play it using rapid Fire!
