All personal information can be removed from any PSN/XBL account easily. The way round having to sell your entire collection would be to create an account for every game you download (or create an account for each game you are not sure you will want to keep). Not ideal, but the re-selling of download games *is* possible.
May want to add that even if you sell your account after changing your info and screen name (so that you can make another account w/ your prior name). You can still play the games you sold, since they were purchased on your xbox. Neato, huh. Just pray you don't have an issue with your xbox that requires a new one. (:

and if i recall, there is a DRM tool. I THINK. And if this does exist and you don't need to be online to transfer those games...well hello, dolly!

Perhaps you all forgot something here but it's against the ToS for both PSN and XBL to advertise your account commercially. So like, if you end up caught for trying to sell your account on ebay, you're screwed.

I also get the feeling that you can hack accounts to trick the service into thinking you're purchasing stuff. I seriously don't believe people have gone ahead and willingly bought all Rock Band DLC.

How would they find you? It's not like you're going to be daft enough to put the gamertag/PSN ID in the auction description.

Personally I dislike the whole DL thing. Yes I caught everyone's whole "its the future" thing. Then again emulating seems to also be the wave of the future as well, so if you are fearing that games will disappear soon from your x-box/ps system/wii, there will probably be someone that will make a rom/iso or whatever of it. Hey after seeing Circuit City going under early this year, I think its safe to say, no one knows what video game companies will still be around in 10 years.

But yeah, DL's are not cool. I want a cd with the art and all that so I got something official. A DL is so empty.
