Shooters:
Future Spy (Sega Zaxxon derivative)
Gradius (non-Bubble)
Mission Craft (Korean Psikyo hack)
Pilot Kids (never see this one anymore...)
Scramble Spirits
Silver Millenium (Korean shooter)

Others:
Chaos Breaker (Eolith TypeX fighter which quickly disappeared)
Dankuga (unreleased sequel to Kaiser Knuckle)
Denjin Makai (only seen this in a JP PCB store once in over 7 years)
Desert Breaker (Sega Mercs, never released in JP outside of location tests)
Dyna Gear (wonderful 2D action title, JP developed but never released there)
Fighting Wushu 2nd (ridiculous requirements to play this game, multiple PSUs, medium res and it failed commercially)
Gain Ground (never seen a live one in the West, only a dead cab once)
Rastan III
become history
