Are the PS2 versions of Ibara and Mushi even worth getting?

just out of curiosity, i'm running mushi ps2 in an arcade cab with a tated low res monitor. would i notice much of a difference running the pcb in this same cabinet?

The slowdown on the PS2 mushi version seems more 'snappy' than the pcb.

keep in mind I'm a dork when it comes to resolution, keeping it in true low res and especially no blurry filters.

but I owned the PS2 port then shelled out 800.00 for the PCB.... it's my favorite board.
