Na, I think it's just that the bullets also have hitbox smaller than the actual image. This way even if the orange hitbox indicator is covered in a bullet, it still won't always count as hit.

I didn't play this game because of this thread. Seriously, how much easier could it be? I only played BWR once, on original, and lost 1-2 lives total.

Also I kinda suck at shmups.

saying that pretty much makes you an asshat because you are fully aware that there are tons of people who suck much, much worse than you do. i've probably put close to 10 hours into BWR and still haven't 1cc'ed original

It'd be sad not to try out this excellent game.
As i once said its indeed a miracle that such awesome doujin shmups are for free.

Well I'm not an asshat so maybe I should try to explain.

I skimmed this thread and it seemed to me like everyone said it was easy so pretty safe to say (didn't see yours, sorry). Besides, this thread is my favorite one on this whole site, so I'm not hatin.

I wouldn't disrespect a single person on this site because the easiest shmup is still much harder than any 3d platformer or action adventure, and some people have difficulty with those.

Sorry for the derail, but I really am surprised that someone made a <Whatever> Plus that is easier than the first game, since usually they make it harder, not easier.

I haven't played any of the Touhous, but there appears to be a Hell Accel mode which is waiting for you.

Game mode options are a wonderful thing.

Hell Accel BWR+ is actually easier than Hell BWR -_-
