XNA only supports the Xbox 360 controller. If you're programming in XNA, you have to use Managed DirectX to access any other kind of gamepad. Does the 360 support any regular old USB pad? If not, that's why only the 360 controller is supported (since the idea is that XNA code should run identically on both Windows and the 360).
Still, generic USB gamepad support for the Windows version would have been nice. Maybe if enough people complain he'll support it in version 0.2

Mazer Mayhem isn't the only new game from Kenta Cho. The ABA Games page also added some flash games, including
this one , Least Best Room.

Thanks.
Seems like a game that makes you dizzy in no time. I like the graphics, though.

Has anyone else who crashes during startup, figured out a way to work around it?

Jumping through the XNA hoops is kind of unfortunate but I appreciate Cho uses his games not just for free entertainment but as learning tools for programmers. I've been using XNA a bit myself and could learn from his code.

Sorry for my stupidity but is it possible to get this on to the 360? Or does the developer need to put it there?
I'd love some ABA on the XNA Community games.
