There's a video of this level being 1 color cleared on ikaruga.co.uk (extras section, level 2 monochrome.)Level 2 has the alternating lasers during the crate section that I don't think is possible to get past without changing polarity.
Or you could just bullet-eat the boss so he doesn't fire the lasersLevel 3 might be possible actually, I just thought about it and you might be able to get through the boss by hiding behind the rotating walls while the multi-polarity lasers rotate around.
The hard part of level three is the mid-boss - you have to stay near the top where his beams can't reach you while dodging the stream of bullets he fires at near point blank range. I've only ever managed in slow mo, but I'm sure it's possible at normal speed.
