Looking at the WR, I have no idea how you'd squeeze over 9000 oku out of this shot type. Lots of difficult milking, I guess.

Hit a wall with Crimzon Clover. Unlocked Type-Z, but I think it's fair time to take a break. My birthday is coming up, so I think I might buy Futari. But in the meantime, I'll be trying out Dragon Blaze and Gunbird 2.

None of my main games right now. My iPhone came in Monday, so I've played some DDP Resurrection and rRootage on there, but other than that, not much shmups this week for me.

Got a Progear CPS2 board finally about a week or so ago, and my god, this shit is harder than I expected. I can get to the stage 4 boss with a single credit so far.

Also I'd like to point out that the bosses in Progear have awesome bullet patterns, very fun to play through, especially boss 3.

Received my DDP DFK BL in the post on saturday....

Put a couple of hours into DDP-DFK Ketsui Style last night and finally got to the second score extend. And made it to the stage 3 boss. This feels just like when you got to Ketsui's stage 3 the first time (on one credit). Rank up top, hypering like crazy. Amazing fun.

Still Mushi Futari Black Label. After getting the 1cc once, I seem to have hit a wall. No matter what, I get constantly wiped out in stage 3, mostly by the boss, sometimes even in stage 3 at the pill-bugs.

My problem is that I go for score too hard. I cannot seem to bring me to play for survival only...

I think I have to take a (short) break from this game.

I could give Crimzon Clover more playtime for a change.

I actually played Esp II BL for a while on the cab tonight. I have to admit, it feels quite easy for the 1cc, with temporary invincibility, but I still don't have the slightest clue how this mode works.

But it feels good, I hafta say.

It's really fun, if you can't tell. I like the part where the bullets are actually fast, not slow like Toohoo/Cave. Too bad that's kind of cancelled out by all the slow bullets the popcorns fire in later levels.

It is always a nice change of pace to go to something like a Psikyo game after lots of Cave. Nice "Raiden-speed" bullets, but in patterns that I find more attracting. I really like Takumi for combining these two styles, even if you don't necessarily have to dodge the patters.

On Topic: Still playing the hell out of Macross for the SFC. Finally made it to lvl 3, and die to the midboss. Did not think this game would be this good, but I am thoroughly enjoying it.

Also making slow progress in DDP. Its hard to play a mans game like this after all other shooters. Chaining is not natural to me, completely opposite of scoring in Mushi. Still, I love it, and even playing for survival is fun. I just made it to lvl 4 for the first time in my last run

BATTLE GAREGGA (Type 2, cause I'm a bitch and can't deal with camo bullets)
I really feel like I'm getting into this. Every time I play, I can keep a chain of MAX Medals for longer (up to Stage 4 now). Only problem is that I'm not showing any other regard for the Rank: I'm mindlessly picking up power-ups when I'm maxed, I keep firing when I have the chance, and I'm hoarding Lives.

About that last one...I'm not used to the idea of intentionally dying to make the game easier on myself. But since I'm playing anything Raizing at the moment, I'll probably fall into it soon enough. My best at the moment is 2,234,170 at Stage 4.

I'm also playing Batrider, but I don't want to discuss my performance until I stop sucking at that so badly.

Im on Stage 3 boss which is a bit of a shitter!!!!
I have managed to beat it once and Stage 4 smashed me pretty quickly
My Pink Sweets and MMP will arrive next week but i think i will leave it sealed for a while!!!
