If people don't pay by Gift, it won't be their end that has to deal with fees, you'll have fees instead.

Thanks, but the Aksys PR doesn't know his ass from his elbow, so I don't know if these are truly compatible with JP 360s or not. I already own the game as well, I just mostly want the faceplate.

In case anyone was planning on getting this from GameStop, it's up there now.

Also, you can use the code "ENT20" to get 20% off the game preorder. The promotion ends today, so make up your mind quickly!

Cool, thanks for the tip, I saved a few bucks vs ordering from Amazon. The NY state sales tax kept it from being a full $10 cheaper though.

shipping to Brasil is U$59 wtf, that's more expensive than the game itself.

NCSX always ships here for U$8, I don't know what's up with Gamestop :/

NCSX does not include tax most likely. That's probably why shipping from Gamestop is so expensive. Brazil's gaming taxes are known worldwide.

Its up for pre-order in-store as well, just paid 2 off in full. I point this out only because theres sometimes a delay between games being listed on their site and on the computers in-store (I'm told they work independently of one another, don't know if thats true or not, though).

The guy working there asked me what the game was and I described it as "a horizontal shooter like R-type but with flying anime girls and a boss named TyrannoSatan".

"So like House of the Dead?" was his response. I didn't know where to go from that. Is there a more popular/more well known hori shmup than R-Type?

Hahaha, that's great. There's not really, though sometimes Thunder Force is known to some people who don't really play shmups. Maybe Gradius?

And the only way you pay tax on NCSX orders is if you live in New York.

Yes, but I think the fastest NCSX shipping method is more expensive than that.
Cheapest one lately is taking ages to arrive. It happened with Futari, and I still haven't got my hands on Espgaluda 2 yet. :?
I wonder if there's something related to the NY Flushing post dept, I had some mail kept there for like 2/3 weeks before being dispatched....

NYC post sucks. They exist to keep Mailboxes Etc in business. The lines at a post office in NYC make the DMV look pleasant.

People dont know any better becuase these games are not marketed at all. If there is not a billboard or tv ad telling them to buy it then why would the majority know about it.

Well that's very sad to hear. I always choose the slowest shipping method so I don't have to pay custom taxes and I've received all my games in about 2~3 weeks (Futari, Galuda2).
I even bought DOJ from ebay with slowest airmail available, never took more than 3 weeks to arrive :/

The only time I ever chose EMS, was Futari Limited Ed from PlayAsia and I got taxed on that, so I'll never choose EMS again.

Not worth receiving the game in 10 days if i have to pay three times for it (EMS price + taxes)

Ooh neat. Are the changes made in 1.1 that compelling for 240 valuable jp points?

I apologize if this has been answered already- but I am assuming that this is not on disc form (either the Platinum release or the upcoming US release?)

As far as I know, The Platinum and the US release already have MBL 1.1 in it.

The download is for the original Japanese release =)

No, MBL 1.1 is not in the Platinum release. It's a new arrange mode of MBL like Deathsmiles 1.1 was an arrange mode for Deathsmiles.

Oh, sorry about that, I got it the other way around.

The update is already included in Platinum and US Releases, but the MBL 1.1 is available for download.

The Japanese DS Platinum release includes MBL but not MBL 1.1. The recent update adds MBL Training for those who have D/Led MBL (or who picked up the Platinum re-release) and the menu system for MBL 1.1, however, MBL 1.1 is a separate purchaseable DLC (and yes, MBL is required). MBL is 1200 space yen and MBL 1.1 is an additional 240.

Supposedly, the US version will include everything on the disc. So that's the original DS disc release, both updates, and both DLC components (MBL and MBL 1.1).

Getting MBL 1.1 now just for the heck of it. Extra points on my account might as well go to CAVE.

I checked last night and found I'm about 80 points short... most of those points having been spent on the Puyo Puyo Fever theme where 80% of the artwork is blocked by NXE.

I have no other reason to order more Japanese points, so I guess I'm just going to be without MBL 1.1 until the US release.
