Thanks for the scores. Could I have a link to that board, btw?
Hagane wrote:Yeah, let's not consider MAME and ports so we are left with scores from the dozen members of this forum who own PCBs and actively compete. Ridiculous.
I think he meant only list arcade scores for the world records, because the vast majority of scores on this forum were done on ports or emulators.
Unless there's some real, documented difference that can make scoring easier, there's no reason to ban any of them.
Well, now that you mention it, nearly every console port has some difference with the PCB originals, some more than others. Most are pretty serviceable, but some require separate listings.

There wouldn't really be any point to list western records if ports weren't considered since arcades pretty much don't exist outside Japan and there aren't many people playing on PCB's.

Arcadia tracks AKS. I think these are the most recent scores:

赤刀 for NESiCA
一号机 5,574,101,122 NTK
三号机 5,686,353,596 NTK@ネシ刀でも1亿差・・・だと!?

SIN also posted a 6.9 billion score on his blog and wrote about some of the changes here, here, and here. I can't read any of that but google translate makes it sound like scores between the 360 version and the Nessica version aren't really comparable.

New Arcadia, with updates to the same games as last time. Futari BL Original, Battle Garegga, SDOJ, etc.

Still no Inbachi clear in SDOJ, which boggles the mind.

Yet another new Homura score: 2.613.328.000. He's gaining on you, abschüssig!

Just posting my RF score here.

Raiden Fighters:
West: Plasmo - 51.385.350 - ALL - Slave (Judge Spear)

You can change all my Cowboy-NOA scores to Plasmo btw. Helps for easier reference. Thanks! :)

That gives me five western records. Next stop  Donpachi

I'm good with having just one.

Still blows my mind that nobody cleared Inbachi in SDOJ.

Any idea how many lives/bombs the BL Original guy finished with? I'm amazed he's still finding ways to improve his monster score.

I kind of miss the days I cared about western records.

Dunno how anyone is surprised that nobody's cleared Inbachi. Just practicing against her means no-miss no-bombing the entire game and scoring in a badass way while doing it. Also the final attack is all kinds of bananas-ass fuck. It's like Gengetsu Rape Time except you're expected to actually clear it.

Sorry I missed your score, Plasmo. Thanks for the heads up.

No idea, I was in a hurry. It's another 7.1 billion score, though.

It's surprising because there are guys who have been able to NMNB while scoring well for a long time now and yet no Inbachi clear. Around four months ago (maybe longer), I watched one of the top players get to Inbachi's last form with a few lives in stock and he didn't clear it. He had most of the earlier patterns figure out, so I would think he should be able to figure it out by now. I also read that he was able to get to Inbachi in 60% of his runs.

My guess for why we haven't seen any videos or records is that someone has cleared it but didn't post the score and/or many of the other top players have stopped trying because the overflow ruined the scoring for them.

So, the new WR is for Hagane and it's been achieved by someone other than J.G.K-ALL? Excellent news.

Notes from the new Arcadia:

- No Inbachi clear, still. However, Yusemi-SWY got to Inbachi in Expert mode which is pretty boss.
- Big news for perhaps only myself: a new Muchi Muchi Pork world record! 260m with Momo (1st loop only).
- Bad news for abschüssig: YOH has finally caught up in Homura with a new record of 2.713.022.000.
- More bad news: after next month's issue, Arcadia is going bi-monthly. Not a good sign.

 Wow!

But like I said, this was only a matter of time.
I really wonder how he managed to get that score though.
With my strategies, the theoretically possible maximum is still under 2.650 billions.
Please record a video, YOH!

This must be part of the Tougeki debacle (the yearly fighting game tournament organized by Arcadia, recently suspended).

Anyone have an up-to-date list of the current records for all the ships in Battle Garegga? Doing a bit of research at the moment.
