Got some IREM M62 stuff... Spartan X, Spelunker PCB conversion kit, some Lode Runner parts and original instructions plus sticker.

I have already converted Spartan X (kung fu master) to Spelunker before i did the following pic, i just need to do some soldering otherwise Spelunker has massive graphical error and locks up before levelstart.

Charlie Ninja!

Super solid Metal Slug-esque platformer. Been looking for one without spending $200 for ever and PaCrappa sold me one for $120! This is the kinda game that I would be willing to put the time into and really get good at. AI is not cheap and gameplay is way fun. Would be perfect on a handheld like GBA!

just because you dont have the means to play PCB shmups doesnt mean he was tricked. maybe you should have more insight before claiming that

I'm pretty sure Ceph was just making a joke about Piratero's misspelling of the title. Inferring he may have bought a bootleg/knockoff. The game's title is Dodonpachi Daioujou.

Well according to Herr Schatten:

I feel like I'm answering this question over and over again.

Sonic Wings Special and Sonic Wings Limited both have the same concept (remixing the three original SW games) and share some graphics, but they are independent games with totally different stage layouts. Additionally, SWS has branching paths. You can chose which way to go twice during every playthrough. SWL has linear stage progression.
As far as the differences between Special and Limited PCBs, they are the same, but Special is all english text.

6k yen, ROM board only. Normal price for a set appears to be in the 14-18k range.

For oxtsu,

Damn, that's a very nice Taito G-Card set of RC de Go! (Let's Go by 'Radio Control'!)

Taito did show off the PSX version of RC de Go! at the Spring 2000 TGS show...very impressive game title for it's time! Japanese R/C giant Kyosho teamed up with Taito to create both the Taito G-Card & PSX versions of this particular R/C racing game. I recall that Acclaim got the exclusive North American rights to distribute it in the USA back in 2000. ^_~

I haven't played the Taito G-Card version of RC de Go! but just the PSX version, how does it play, oxtsu?

And what connection port does you hook up this cool R/C transmitter pistol-grip type controller to on the Taito G-Net mobo?

I forgot to give you props for Spelunker :D I clocked insane amounts of time on this game on the TRS-80. I know, probably not the best conversion, but a super game, nonetheless!

1st impression: It feels 100Xawesome with the RC controller, and the graphics are a little better than the PSX port. Also, it seems like the time limits are more strict. This is gonna be fun.

Yeah, I feel you. It took me a long time to find it with the official controller.
There is a chance. :)

For oxtsu,

Thanks for your impression of the Taito G-Card RC de Go! and the cool pic! I see that you have a stereo harness for outputting in true stereo on the Taito G-Net mobo -- cool!..... ^_~

Nice! That's a great deal, congrats! What version is it? Do you know if they differ from each other (censorship or anything like that)?

It's the US version. I suppose the US version is a bit less graphic than its JP cousin?

I think essentially it's like the Korean version but all in English. I haven't checked yet, if the in-game options work.
