Earthquakes suck, but apparently nowhere near as much as Dealextreme's service. I'm still waiting for my power supply and HDD.
I haven't actively browsed/used this forum in many years and it's no longer an accurate representation of me.

I have retired from genre-specific content creation after 13 years, but I'll always love this little genre in my own personal way.

You won't find any info on it, it's a bootleg cart. Well worth $3 bucks though.

Dude, have you bought about 100 SFC games in the last ten days? Cos I just saw the games collection thread and you posted in there on the 17th with about 25 SFC games!
Have you gone mad?! :)

His collection pics are obviously games gathered over a period of time, I think he even stated so in the post(s).

Anyway:

Yeah sure, I get that man, but I was referencing this post made on the 17/3/11 and edited on the 22nd. It looks like he bought a shit-ton in the last few days.

Whatever, doesn't matter. Everyone has lovely SFC bits, and it's totally destroyed my sense of gratification of owning scarce and unique titles when every fucker going has all the same stuff.

There has been quite the surge of sfc collecting going on, but don't let it get you down. There are always people that have more than you out there, but with each peice of the collection, you are moving up that ladder.

I am sure that your sfc collection (and probably your collection as a whole) totally destroys mine, but it makes me feel good to add some of these "holy grails" that I always see here to my collection. :)

I appreciate the kind sentiment there dude, but you have me all wrong! :o
I'm usually trying to find ways to get rid of games rather than collect more. I like to skim stuff off of the collection now and then, preferring to keep it lean. Basically if something doesn't get much play because it's either not so special or not that good, it usually gets culled at some point. That's why I'm eyeing up Darius Twin and that bloody Lupin game for the chop.

What I meant was everyone having stuff like Ghost Sweeper or Wild Guns sort of takes the edge off of the 'rarity' factor.

350 from an arcade. Of course they thought they'd help me out by dismantling it before I collected, but since they didn't know how, they bent the box section that joins guns and main unit, by wrenching the bolts through the slots. In doing so, they damaged 3 wires and entirely snapped another so I'm going to have to repair the loom too. One screen is too dark and reddish which causes aim problems, gun recoil doesn't work.

It's all fixable though, the loom is actually the most annoying bit since I've got to re-pin a 12 wire connector. All in all, it should come up nicely - cosmetics are great.

Time Crisis II is the shit! One of my earliest arcade 1CC's (after the first one). Played it to death and loved it (still do.)

Its pretty heavy, but the side panes extend back a bit, so they should be okay. Still, it couldn't hurt to secure it yeah.

No pics right now cause 1. I'm at work, and 2. I'd have to drag all this stuff out for pics, and I'm lazy.

Anyways, in the 2 weeks, I've picked up:

A GameCube + Game Boy Player
An original GBA with charger, e-reader (with Donkey Kong 3 and Tennis cards), a GC-GBA cable
4 Legend of Zelda games (NES Original, Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, and Oracle of Seasons; first two CIB)
U.N. Squadron on SNES
Radiant Historia on DS
Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky on PSP

and as seen earlier in the topic, I still have the Steel Battalion set I bought earlier in the month.

Somebody stop me now
