I just discovered this myself yesterday. Excellent!
If not for a couple of bum tracks, an almost perfect album. One of my all time favorites.
Upon initial listening, I really like the Pop Rivets one too. It's like a Headcoats record but with effort put into the songwriting and production (the latter not getting so good that it sounds bad).
Strangely find myself re-listening to Stevie Nicks era Fleetwood Mac...weird how stuff you listened to twenty years ago comes back. Also weird listening to something so blatantly commercial; but then again, I was abhorred to find Traffic's Dear Mr. Fantasy getting used for Fantasy Football commercials; something like Syd Barrett's Bike being used to sell Motorcycles or something.
Returning then to the Mac (I still need to dig into their blues-rock period), I still dig this stuff because above all else it manages to get the downer ballad thing that for some reason country can't do. Like 'Sara' on Tusk. If this is commercial music, I am ready!

Eugenics: you know it's right!
My brothers iTunes playlist is a post-grunge compendium. I just heard Everclear, Nickelback, (multiple) Fuel, and Dave Matthews within a ten minute period.

So cheesy it's awesome. Play a humorless 'epic' game like Colossus or Ikaruga with Russian Circles as the soundtrack for maximum lol
I thought Enter was decent, if a bit over the top. Their live album was also pretty nice. Sadly, Station is not my thing at all. I listened to most of it today, and it's post rock, not math rock. I was hoping that they were going to go more in the latter direction.
Really enjoying 'Vicious Delicious' by 'Infected Mushroom' at the moment. Anybody else into that kind of stuff who has some recommendations? I'm a bit out of touch at the moment.

Ha ha, I remember them. My ex loved them. I have no idea of what to reccomend. Useful.
Guxt has a good soundtrack as well. However, the TLB music isn't included with the player, so you have to go to the directory in the actual game folder to listen to it.

They were scheduled to play Emissions from the Monolith this weekend. I don't know what day, since they were also scheduled for Maryland Death Fest too.
Prob the best grindcore album ever made. Dynamic, terrifying, and with a great sense of humour. They're so scene it hurts but their music is so good it doesn't even matter. Sludgy, high gain bass, horror movie casio keyboards and sickening bass drum thuds. When they played "you suffer" by Napalm Death at John Peel's memorial gig in 2004, it was like grind had come full circle. Such an apt eulogy for the man who started it all.
Holly Golightly - Truly She Is None Other
Mates of State - Team Boo (kinda corny)
Ramones - Animal Boy
Nova Mob - Last Days of Pompeii (mostly not that great but I like Wernher Von Braun, power-poppy without sounding standard)
Lotion - Full Isaac. Imagine a guitar riff with the insistence of "Hot For Teacher" intro. That is "Dr. Link".
Amy Millan - Honey from the Tombs. Haven't played this, just read mixed reviews. I'll look to like. Odd to include as a current favorite on these terms. Odder than Dean Koontz' thing for dogs.
I just dicsovered 'Opeth' - I don't usually go for doom/death metal, but these aren't your average band - the style is all over the place and I love it!
Currently listening to:
Opeth - Watershed
Opeth - Ghost Reveries
