I just noticed in Futari (Xbox) that when Palm uses a bomb, as Hirow's breathing lightning his tail actually moves up a layer above Palm's body and wags back and forth for several frames as though it's moving right through Palm's butt and left leg. There's also a few frames of animation just as the bomb starts where Palm's right leg moves visibly through Hirow's leg like it's made of air. I don't know why this bothers me.

I live in the outskirts of Tokyo - not an amazing or expensive place to be. There are lots of old people, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the nearest place anyone would want to go (Akihabara). I don't think there are many zoning laws here, so you may see porno shops across from elementary schools, liquor stores next to mental hospitals, or in my case a love hotel right next to my house. Putting in a quarter or token in a coin slot to play an arcade game/pinball game but it doesn't credit it up & you get ripped off. So I try the coin slot next to the one that gipped me and that one steals coins as well. Finally tried the third coin slot and it's working normally as it should be/supposed to.

It's all part of the charm/experience of playing those type of games inside them bowling alleys and whatnot. Can't say that with those arcade games that use a debit card system in place though.

That's the worst. Was playing Daytona USA at Dave and Busters, and it almost timed out waiting for more players before the reader picked up my friends...

I effing love Arcade Odyssey -- the staff will respond and try to get the machine taking coins if the slots don't work right. And they'll usually hand you an extra token or two.

Why would you need courage to go to a shmupmeet dude? If you're lucky enough to have one in the vicinity, go dammit, you'll only have a blast with like minded gamers and make some new friends on the way.
