Can someone upload the Gradius and Parodius MSX replays ? I missed them and it seems hameko links are quickly dead.

I took the Gradius II vids you mentionned a few days ago on hameko.

Meanwhile, hameko #4261 seems to be a (non-direct feed) voice collection for Ibara (or one of its related games)

Seems they got some type of formal copmlaint that they were competing with (someone's) strategy DVDs. Sounds strange, but oh, well.

That does seem really odd, and kinda stupid. Sorta like a 'by having videos out there better than our DVDs, you're hurting our profits, so you should stop.' Lame really. Guess parts of this site are in competition too

I sure hope it wasn't INH.

This is a very sad day. Finding good replays on the net is really hard to do and hameko was a great site to find them.

I wonder what their bandwidth cost a month. $15/mo can buy what... 1000 gigs of bandwidth? I somehow think hameko would blow through that in a week.

They had bandwidth graphs at one point. They were hitting 100Mbit/sec at peak times. I can't remember how low their off-peak was, however.

Actually, I bet it wasn't. SBO DVD rips occasionally got dumped on the site. I suppose Arcadia (they publish the DVDs as well, right?) may have finally taken them to task over that.
