- Was massacred in 2-2 (after 2-5 this is the hardest stage in 2nd loop).
And: I reched the 2-5 2nd midboss in Ura yesterday

Oh well, guess the three week long trip I've just returned from has left me somewhat absent-minded. Should be correct now.

Thanks! I was watching you beat my (and HUU's, congrats!) score while being busy with STGT, but now I have the time and motivation to focus on this again. I hope to break 400bil, I should have all the knowledge for that now. I called my last run crappy because I failed something in pretty much every stage, but being able to break my old record in just a couple of days is encouraging.

Your 1-5 strategy seems better now and you can really score higer than me in 2nd loop.

Thanks. I finally decided to man up and learn a 1-5 with no unnecessary hypers, even though that took pretty long to do succesfully. For the loop, I technically know how to get pretty decent scores from there too but getting a fully chained first loop is still so rare for me I doubt I'll be able to improve much by that way very soon. I think I'll still keep practicing this.

I don't really have a goal in mind anymore since I just wanted to break 400bil. 500 would be theoretically possible with my current strategy but it seems a bit too hard for me now. One other possibility is learning Bomb style, considering how bad the current score situation for that is.

I find a interesting relation between the hyper meter a the chain drop today, maybe be worth post this here since I have not seen in any place:
- when your hyper meter is not full your chain AND YOUR HYPER METER will reduce slowly. If your hyper meter reduce to zero you will lose your chain.

Like, how does power type work in Black Label? In 1.5 you have to go into the weak shot mode to add bullets to your chain during hypers, but obviously you can't do that in BL. So I'm just staying in boost mode constantly, but I feel there must be something I'm missing. Anyway, second ever go on power style and I break 100billion, woot.

1st loop was finished with 398Bil. The run was recorded but I did a lot of mistakes, mainly in 1-5 boss. I can up it if you want.

Excellent job! I see you're still not really getting score from the loop though, so it seems you have a lot more potential still.

I may still get something for this too. I've slowed down to only couple of runs in a week now but I haven't given up.

The problem was not the 2nd, the problem the 1st loop.
I have been getting hit a lot times in 1st loop lately and I need reach Ura to score right. Currently I can do only one run for day. I hope get more time to play by the end of December.

Been playing some Daifukkatsu BL at a local arcade here in Stockholm. Managed to reach 204 bil with Power B today... but i ain't gonna stop until i'm over 550 at least.
Biggest problems for me so far are the stage 3 Ura midboss... but he's becoming less and less of a threat for every credit i put in aaaand; the last stage. It absolutely slaughters me.
Those fuckin' rotating laser/shotty belts...

I expect it'll become much less of a problem after Friday though (release of Daifukkatsu here in PAL). Being able to practice stage 5 without having to do an ok run and without having to worry about scoring will prob allow me to memorise some critical camping points and work out a good survival plan.


Btw, anybody got a bee-map of the last stage?
