Herzog? Ain't that a strategy game? Well it's your radio. Not to mention it has a kick ass song. :D

Anyways, I have another request. Brain by Coreland/Sega. I loved the music in that game as well, unfortunate it doesn't seem to have any DIP settings.

BTW, where do you get these songs from? And how do you get them from games?

i answer you by a "quote"

& the shmup community help me to find some others.
in last resort, i rip the video game music myself... for to rare or never realaese ost, like the recently "r-type leo" (home made rip)
to rip game music, go to zophar's domain to dl gameaudio (audio game music extract from the rom)
exemple : NFS for nes gameaudio, winamp is able to play gameaudio,
just download the appropriate plugin.
for mame have a look to BridgeM1

don't forget, -=>google<=- is your friend

Thanks. Though I'm sure it's just collaboration with Sega so it's probably a Coreland game more than a Sega game.

Just out of curiosity Seb@s, but have you configured your stream to display the currently playing track? I've just been listening to it through VLC (on a Mac, LOL), and the player doesn't display track names (while a station like kohina.com does). I can usually recognise most tracks being played, but it'd be nice to have names for those I don't know and want. ^_-

Thanks for running the station, as well. Good stuff.
(19XX, stage3 "Dance of Green Gnome" playing at present. Followed by Batsugun Arranged, st3 boss "Psycho Paranoia". Mmmm... Batsugun...)

yop yop icarus :)

i didn't know for mac users, but for windows the better is realmedia & winamp, because the both post the titles & names of the radio's mp3s
you should try another player like itunes or others (i don't know very well mac)

u always had the alterntive to listen the radio with the pop'up webplayer which i have created. (for this click on the link in my first post or on my banner & then click POP'EM UP, the webplayer appear, to finish push play)

i can't do anything for now, that already wasn't easy to create the stream x_x,
i promise i'll try to do anything for the future but for now, that's all.

Hey Seb@s, I happened to come across this website, Project 2612:

http://www.project2612.org/index.php

It's a torrent download site for MegaDrive game music. Maybe you can find it useful for getting music info such as getting the names of some of the games you haven't figured.

Unless of course you already knew of the site in which case forget I said anything.

Really?

Can you post a link to some of them? Preferably arcade music?

to begin the best is Zophar's domain.
a lot of GB NES PCE MD PS SMS/GG SNES ...
http://www.zophar.net/music.html

for arcade music my favorite is BridgeM1.
i explain, you need the soft M1.exe (similar to mame) because BridgeM1 is an "M1" front-end. then open bridgeM1, scan folders for roms & enjoy arcade music :) we can't listen all roms, more than 1000... that's much appreciated :D

have look for downloading "BridgeM1 0.6.0a6" & "List Pack ( UTF-8 )" too (on the same page)

i let you do the rest ^^ enjoy
