Game Paradise, nice. Ive only played the messed emu of it. Seemed like it be super fun though.

I just got DOJ today I figured you had the emu and wouldn't want to bother with the actual PCB tho. I can bring it if ya want!

Also...it's TOTALLY rocking me on normal.....just feel brutalized playing it. I've made it to Stage 2 on one credit so far.....bullet patterns are eating me for lunch!

Yeah, first time I played it I was shocked at how difficult it was. But eventually it became much easier to deal with. Just gotta keep practicing and memorize the movements for getting through the patterns. In the stages themselves, there's a lot of aimed bullets that you can tap dodge if you're just trying to survive.

If given the opportunity to play the actual PCB, it's an easy choice. I much prefer playing on actual hardware personally.

Plus, then we can do a side by side comparison of the PCB vs. MAME emulation.

I'm interested if my time with Black Label has improved my skills on normal DOJ as well? I guess we shall see.

But iirc, back when I had DOJ I could make it to the 4th stage on a single credit, but I wasn't chaining much.
