Here's some recent pictures of The Old Mills, one day before London eet 6.5

Pics taken by CHI. The framerate on CHI's camera gives the pics a stylized look, which I like.

^But that's just the point. The framerate on CHI's inferior camera gives it a new stylized look.
I still like it.

More progress: :)

1,303,100 - stuminator - 2-5 - Spitfire - PCB

Round 2 would be so much easier if you could skip the Russia stage. Damn I hate that level.

Please put your score in normal format.
490,300 - xorthen - 1-6 - Zero - Saturn

I hope that was sufficient. Sorry, I haven't been here in a long while.

Died at the 2-6 boss. Stupid drones and their suicide bullets blocking the path.

Slowly but surely progressing, made it to 2-3 for the first time.

I'd really appreciate scores in the format standard for this thread. Thanks!
Do you see anything wrong here?

lgb - 409.300 - 1-5 - Spit Fire - MAME

I was gonna say that the score looks suspect, specifcally the digits within 100,000 but im not sure. i know the non coloured enemy fighters are worth 150 points each, and the blue enemy fighters are worth 300 i think.

I think he was referring to your use of period instead of comma.

Also, 40 continues? ;)

So he will complain about a period in place of a comma, yet he will allow scores that obviously aren't posted in the order they "should"?

I don't think I have the capacity for 10 continues, let alone 40...

Players/Members should have their highscores removed if they post continued scores.

Here's a shitty score to kick things off

Mero - 535,800 - 1-6 - P-51 - PS2

Improvements coming soon

Ps. I've just realised that in the US you call this . a period. You learn something every day ... :)

I began playing this some months ago, but stopped quite quickly (busy with other shooters). Picked it up again now to get some diversion from Giga Wing and because someone in a German shooter forum asked me to.

The extend almost in reach... :D
Stage 5 isn´t that hard, especially compared to #4.

Wow this run was bad...
No lives left even before the stage 4 boss, but I guess the lower rank helped me to survive then.

Seeing this score, is soo painful... ;) :(

Died on the boss. Still can´t really handle stage 6, so I will practice with continues from now on.

Just fixed my USB pad and finally got the extend.
654,800 - Battletoad - 1-7 - P-38 - Mame

Maybe I´ll keep playing, the last stages could be doable. But figuring out all the patterns will take some immense work. We´ll see...

Do you get the 2k bonus medals and bonus train on either stage 1 or 2, your highscore seems low?

Low? Well ok, it´s far from perfect, but I wouldn´t call it low, especially since I died at the beginning of stage 7. I try to collect almost all coins with 2000 points, in the end it´s about the half of all coins with 2000, the other half with 1000 points, some coins lower. I´m not that good (yet?) at focussing on so many things at the same time. The coins don´t rotate, that´s what makes it really hard. I also suck a lot at stage 6, so I barely milk it at all.

And yeah, I´ve not really tried to trigger the train yet. Will do so later...

How many points would you get out of the first 5 or 6 stages?

If you learn to trigger the freight bonus train, you should get your extra life around stage 5 or 6.

Dunno if you're still interested, but I stumbled upon a very impressive replay. The player scores 2,286,100 points with the P-51:

Wow, that site is loaded with good replays. Excellent find.
For downloading purposes that 2-ALL P51 can be gotten here: http://www.clipnabber.com/?txt1=http:// ... wMjE2.html

Blimey, that replay really helped/motivated. Thanks.
