LUY: The inp says you are using a 500mhz Intel processor to run the game, and it's running too slow. :-/ At some points in the second loop, the game is only playing at 20% speed. :(

:? is a shame even run this game with this setting but I have no computer at home, I have friends who use me kindly give way to mainly play in leagues, I started using emulators detail in a short time and did not have much experience with the settings yet as far as I found yesterday's record input ^ ^
my friends are helping a lot about this ^ ^
But I think it will take my merits as a player??

Running at 20% speed?!
The whole difficulty with this game is the speed of the default setting on the original board or decent PC.
At 20% speed I could knock up almost any kind of score :? (up to cerca 29mil).

This may explain some previous queries.....

Remembering what I told the little sikraiken, I have no computer at home right?
Use only the friends who let me play to train in lanhouse , A machine that has mame aki is the same that played (BLAZINGSTAR) with 52MI.
I am using a pc daki the lanhouse.
Do not know how to configure the speed of games in the emulator so it must have been a 20% speed sorry lack of experience with emulator ^ ^
But for the more experienced friend if I adjust the speed of replay would not have the true vision of the game running ????? :oops:

The replay plays back fine (as long as your computer can run the game properly, it will playback at 100% speed), but you played the game with an average speed of 44.671209% :/

To check how well the game is running while you're playing, just hit F11 and there will be a percentage in the upper right. Everyone should check to make sure they're playing at full speed, really. Games with slowdown in them (DoDonPachi) should still show 100% during all parts of the game.

You just need to make sure the games you are playing are running at full speed (100%), LUY, as does everyone else. That's all.

did some stage 4&5 practise yesterday. (~2 hours)
also i lend the pcb from a friend today so i can play this now with nice buttons & stick and on a big screen.

Ok as sikraiken says, all runs need to be played at 100% arcade PCB speed and full default (Normal skill level, 3 lives, 2 bombs) for scores to be allowed.
Like I said, Cyvern plays fast at 100% & default setting and the overall difficulty of the game comes from that correct 100% of arcade PCB speed.

For PCB users, its ok to turn dip #2 on, unless you like playing the game upside down. :wink:

Some people might not realize the game is going slower than it's supposed to be. It's common sense to play at full speed, sure, but it's not really common sense to think to check before hand. Some people assume the game is running full speed no matter what.

The computer configuration from Luy is old (Pentium 3), I thought, independing of computer configuration, Wolfmame kept the speed in 100% or near of 100%.

I think Wolf automatically sets up to render all frames when recording inputs, and on older computers, if you force rendering of every frame instead of auto-frame-skipping by some amount, it makes the game slow down quite badly. I could be wrong however.

Yes, this is true. I played Guardian Force for two weeks before realizing I was playing at 80% speed.
