If we can get it installed that is. I just think if John's (casino operator/owner) son can install the game.

WATCH THIS SPACE...
Awesome news - perhaps I'll stop threatening Skykid with a PM (Sorry I've been useless on this front - moving house, busy work and my recent holiday (just got back) rather got in my way). (Although maybe we could go with Bakraid too!

And thanks so much Chi_Ryu - I'm happy to share/take responsibility for this game while it's in. And If Chi's busy I'll gladly meet you etc. I'll also handle getting the board back if needed. Anyway I can help at all! You are our saviour at a time when we need it!

Also - Anybody down tomorrow or tonight (Thursday would be best for me!).

See you all soon!

Crap bags - I don't think I can make Friday.

However, towards the end of July my wife is off to Ghana for six weeks, so I'll be there every bloody night of the week! Perfect timing for Ketsui's arrival I hope!

Of course CHI. Both can go in. However, I'm away next week, so it will have to be the following week.

From that point on though, I'll be there all the time - let's make Casino busy again!

Texting you now CHI!

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the Casino, I plan on going tomorrow but I don't want to waste my time! Does anyone know the opening days & times for Casino?

Thanks,
Daryl

It's open every day until ~11pm (it can stay open a bit longer if it's busy). Not sure when it opens, but it's sometime in the morning. Play it safe, I guess.
It's currently lacking its most popular games (people would rather play SSFIV, Tekken 6 board is busted), so it might be dead though. Friday is definitely the most popular day.

I'd like to come down when I'm not busy, around the end of August, any time in September.
That is still a while away, so maybe we could aim for a meet around that time?

Ketsui would be a great game for us. (Thanks Chi) Fighting Hawk, is that aimed for me or something? :P

Edit: Thinking about August 27-29

Sadly I won't be there, as I come back from holiday a few days before SVB, which also means I wouldn't be able to get the time off work.
I've been having a rest from fighting games, but I'll be back on them and will most likely be at events next year.

I think Skykid might mean us (me) fannying him about trying to borrow one of his boards. Sorry if I wasted your time mate!

Great to hear you'll be back Ravid. I'm looking forward to it being busy again!

I'd love to see you play that one through. You've got a pretty tasty score right?

And yes - lets think about a meet late August...

No worries, boys - enjoy it :D

As I mentioned to CHI, I don't need the board back until the R3PLAY expo in Blackpool (6-7 November, as it's being lent there), so late October works for me.

Ketsui got rinsed at the German Meet. emphatic played it all day, all night and all the next day. Yes that's right, he didn't sleep, he just played Ketsui for a few days.

By then hopefully me and CHI will have bought a Pork board between us or something! Thanks again by the way Chi_Ryu.

My Shock Troopers and Fighting Hawk should be in by Wednesday next week. I'm at the Develop Conference in Brighton this week (you going down Taylor or Skykid?).

Shame - it was a good laugh at times - hard bloody work but of all the conferences it's certainly got one of the nicest atmospheres. Tim Schafer's talk was like good stand up comedy.

Anyway - I'll be in Wednesday, clutching a Shock Troopers cart and the tiny Fighting Hawk PCB...

Was in London earlier today and decided to pop in here with a few friends and see what it was like. Was very surprised/pleased to see DDP II, I'd never played it before, so that was a lot of fun - got destroyed by stage 5 and 6 though. :P Will definitely try to make another visit at some point, especially if there's some Ketsui to be had!

Crap, if I'd actually known you were going I would have been there to say hi. I normally go but I'm on my lonesome and I couldn't be bothered this year.

Should have called me or something.

We done! I'll honestly keep an ear out for you! And see you soon. My wife's off to Ghana for six weeks, so I'll be down Casino plenty soon (and if you need a sofa to crash on, I've even got a one-and-a-half bedroom gaff now!

And Skykid - sorry mate. I probably would have barely seen you anyway. It was crazy busy for me. On Wednesday I did a 9am to 2am shift! The Jagex CEO Mark did let me start up his tank though, so it was all worth it!

And Sapz - welcome to Casino!

Thursday is the traditional meet up evening, but this week it maybe Wednesday when...

Shock Troopers, Fighting Hawk and mother fucking Ketsui is going in (if The Engineer is there)!
