First things first the "violent mob" was two fifteen-year-olds, one girl and one boy, but seeing as we live in a world where asking an ICE thug to show a warrant or a badge is "assault" I ought to just accept that we've reached Peak Pussy and point and laugh accordingly.

In any event, I wouldn't go so far as to say I'm glad the incident happened or even that it should have happened, but since it did happen it might as well have arrived at the doorstep of a big enough shitstain to so much as entertain the idea of joining a straight-up criminal enterprise like DOGE. Back at the ranch, since apparently being transferred to a Club Fed she wasn't even legally supposed to be eligible for considering her crimes wasn't enough, Ghislaine Maxwell is now also on work release. Because this is what "tough on crime" and "protecting the children" looks like.

Oh, and the administration is now asking the Supreme Court to give its official blessing to racial profiling, so that you can now instantly lose every last one of your rights, with no opportunity to argue in your own defense, because some brownshirt decided you looked wrong, talked wrong, or were in the wrong place.

I think the saddest thing is that he still thinks we are saying these things to him because of money.

Think about who you're arguing against. The "libs" or whatever "othering" label that you're using right now are not the poor and disenfranchised as a group. They are the college educated and gainfully employed. They are not the ones who are going to be most fucked by everything that's happening right now, as much as you hate them and want that to be the case. The people getting hurt are the people on the fringes. The people on food stamps and the people who are running away from a violent country or the homeless people under the bridge. The whole country used to pitch in a few bucks a year to save the occasional homeless person or feed a guy who lost his job.

But then open your wallet and look inside. Is that so important. We're all going to die anyway man. What do you think makes you so special that you value your greed over a fraction of a meal?
