Apologies for my poor skills. I've never played Senkoro but I really dig the music. Nick, is there any way for PC users to get the soundtrack for this game? It looks like the only way to get it now is to import the PS4 Limited Edition from Japan.

There's music from all previous games, DUO fullflat and a bunch of new tracks (more than 10?). They put some of the new ones on character previews.

Anyways, not to cause total confusion, the game is out on Steam, with a 20% launch discount. ($40 normally, down to $32.) PS Store will differ in regions that will already have it by tonight or tomorrow. Though for a PS4 physical copy, that's different, lol.

Not sure but netcode on PS4 version looks like its better than on pc? But there's some instability and the game can freeze between rounds which doesnt happen on PC. Apart from the crashes PS4 is def superior to the rev.x netplay.

If anyone from EU wants to try matches in either version hit me up, only know a couple people so far.

Bought impulsively on PC. I've been a huge shmup fan for a long time and I've always admired fighting games from a distance (and occasionally I spend a month trying and failing to get into one :v ) so it seems like a match made in heaven. Any characters recommended for beginners? Some of the characters seem much, much harder to use than others, but I assume that's also because I'm still learning basics.

(Btw I know Degica people hang around here sometimes... any chance Degica will ever start publishing for the Switch? Having the library of shmups they've released on PC available on a portable device would be like. Life changing.)

Any ETA on fixing the game freezing between rounds in PS4 online play? I'm experiencing this all the time and seeing the same happen to japanese players streaming quick match & ranked.

I'd say Mika is another easy to play character. Basic gameplan, you can cancel dashes quickly by doing barrage and the boss is super strong (why does M+S make it invulnerable..)

If you play on PS4 with 1 round to win this bug doesnt happen but sucks being forced to do that. I could be wrong but it also appears online sessions get more unstable the longer you keep playing. On PC the game started freezing when loading voice clips in story if you hadn't restarted the game for a while.

At least 10 hours. Maybe 15 if you go for max difficulty, it's a lot harder than arcade mode.

The game resolution in the PC version is limited to 1080p
Framerate is limited to 60fps but that I find more understandable (and is rather common).

PS. iTunes Still, better than nothing According to the tracklist, almost all tracks are "remasters".
