I'm looking for Esp.Ra.De. replays. I've tried the featheredwings torrent, but it's just not working. Does anyone know a good place?

#3379 - another Espgaluda II 1st stage

That's an interesting 1st stage replay. There's kakusei overleveling right before the first midboss (just like most players do in Espg1) and 18mi+ score. Also shows selection screen and tutorial.

Yeah... didn't even think to go into overmode that early, even though I should have. Anyways, the tutorial part is showing the "tutorial bug". Look at how many gems he starts the game with.

120%. The thing is, I can get to the mid-boss with just as many jems, and only a handful less gold than the replay. So far -- not worth the extra time to wait for it.

Nice Espgaluda 2 replays coming in recently. Someone's bound to post an ALL at some point ^_^

It might be a while before we get an ALL... someone will have to get good enough, and have the ability to make the video. Most people that can clear it so quick probably didn't bother to buy the PCB. Fingers crossed though. I need help with stage 3. My patterns get me killed.

It's an interesting bug to note, since it might in theory affect the scores that can be produced in the first stage (more Kakusei gems means slightly better gold haul overall, right?). If players are exploiting this at present, it would probably pop up in Arcadia at some point as a restriction to score entries.

It should be available on Super-play.co.uk; if not, I can upload the Clover-TAC's WR superplay video. Would take me a while to upload all 600+ MB of it.

Japanese player often change their name, and sometimes they do not write it, but they write special thanks only.

#3407 - Espgaluda II 2nd boss. Player get 2 streams of 500X while in zesshikai mode, on this boss' final patterns. He entered the boss with 23mi+ and leaves with 51mi+.

I didn't like the music much... I noticed Stage 5 has a remixed ESPGaluda I Stage 4 theme.

Why wouldn't you just save all your gems for the very end and use the new special for that entire segment?

Stage 5 is a remix of Stages 4, 5, and a little bit of 1 I believe. If you didn't notice, it's basically the "homage to ESPGaluda" stage -- AFAIK, only enemies from the first game appear here, including the boss, Seseri.

Referring to stage 6? 1: You might need to use them to stay alive. 2: You will very likely need to use them to get more gold. 3: You can get more points by doing the new special in one or two other places on the stage. Again, if done right. The longer you pull it off the better, but it gets a little spicey, to say the least. This player, as he stated in the note attached to the movie, did his best just to stay alive.

Yeah, I'm going to say that the music after stage 3 seems to be pretty uninteresting (bad). Stage 6 is also quite long. I expected another quick Alice Clone romp like in the previous ESPs.

Stage 5 song starts with the intro to stage 2 from the original, then to stage 3, on to stage 4 and later stage 5. The game's got a remix of all the stage music from the original, well, parts of the songs.

EDIT: Surprised how little this guys patterns differ than mine, and how much higher his score gets. I guess if I could see my score during the game I'd know better how to get it higher. Dying seems to be a problem of mine too.

WTF he gets a 115+ million end bonus for finishing with two lives left??

Maybe Cave got this idea after coding Mushi's arrange mode for the PS2.

Anyway that final boss looks like a nightmare.

It's not clear, because the video doesn't show the character selection, but from what I could kind of make out quickly, is that the player's playing the guy. I think Tateha? I don't know, because I don't have ESPGaluda.
