Word. Espga 2 for 360 just got delivered to me at work. It even came with a free piece of official japanese person hair! Got it from NCSX after the bullshit experience with Play-asia and Futari. Looking forward to giving it a go when I get home.

i need to get a hold of drakon.....i was lurking aroound the neogeo forums and i think he has beaten the record for drift out...at least the fastest time posted there....the record they have is 7:03 and he has a 7:04 time on my 2 slot...and iirc he said he had faster times at home

pretty cool if he does have the record dont know if it accounts for the world...but as far as hardcore neo fans in the western world NG.com is the place, so i would assume there list would be fairly accurate and up to date

I also tried to get down town this week, as I expressed that I would but it always seems that there is something to do; also id bring galuda 2, if I had it, but I chose to ship my order all at once and because of that it wont be ready for like another month or something, that is when ketsui releases.

Anyways again, if I can make it, I will, my gf is throwing a bit of a party at my place tomorrow night for her co-workers and I have to drive her around to buy food and stuff, plus add in the gym in the morning and tomorrow is looking like a some what busy day.

I havent been very active on the forums but today I picked up another 360, but this one plays all regions regardless if the games are region locked or not. Only paid 160 and it plays everything. Regulars, burns, region locked... whatever. So if anybody wants one, I can give you his number.

Im downloading a region locked game now, to try it out. So hopefully I can bring it for next Saturday.

And now I can even keep my games sealed... after they arrive in april.... maybe may... gay.

only downside for the banned consoles is you dont have access to DLC...

but ya...i was thinking about grabbing one of the cheap banned ones for in a cab(so obviously wont need online)...we shall see....the main cost would be for a converter or adapter for the video....probably cost as much as the console....i could hack the pads myself

i was actually looking at that console adapter viletim has for sale....but there other options as well.....

im interested in it more as a project than anything....

im gonna be building a supergun soon(for something to do and an excuse to solder stuff ) and possibly consolize that 2 slot as well

$160 gets you what? Just the modded console? Power Brick? Cables? Controllers? Have you had a chance to test it yet?

Just the console, its a pre HDMI model and I already had everything else. But, thats all I asked for when I tried to contact the guy. And this is what he does for a living, so, you can probably nab the power bar and the component cables off him for the same price.

I haven't tried it yet, I have only downloaded galuda thus far, and thats region free. However, I do have a couple more games in the pipeline. Soooo, hopefully Gundam Musou 2 JPN will be done by today and I can finally try out the region hack. (Sitting at 92 percent, bioshock 2 PAL at 65 percent) He also said that if there is any problem at all, dont hesitate to contact him. Which is good business practice all around.

I also have to buy a new DL DVD drive.. the one I have only burns single DVDs.... Ill be picking up one today. Then I should be ready to go.

It was fun man. Ill be there next sat... Also if somebody can bring a region coded 360 game... that would be great. Something other then a NA game, europe, jpn or whatever. I want to try out my 360.

And there are some big scores... I think part of it is finding a path that allows you to increase your score by maybe finding an easier set of stages, there by decreasing the overall time...

With that said... I still have no idea what I beat... the ? and all. Im going to look it up.

The media I chose for one, and the burning speed.

I reburned it at 1x, and even then basic initialization from the xbox is spotty, but I copied it to the drive and it boots regardless.

So Ill have to get some vertabim dual layers.

my mom is in town so i have to go to a dinner with her saturday evening, so i will have to call the meet at like 6pm, so try and arrive earlier( and eat before you come, sushi crew )

I played a little bit of galuda 2 yesterday... and so far... not much has changed... granted I only played the first two stages... but I think I like futari a little more. Maybe some more play time will change that...

And there is more slow down in the arcade over the 360 version, 360 looks a lot nicer though. I havent tried black label yet...

Hopefully some of you guys can roll out of bed early and get your ass down there. Actually, ill even do a pick up or two if you want, just have to let me know. I have a full tank of gas right now.
