Was actually able to play some 20ish games against MOV Chun yesterday with Stockholms FGC.
Needless to say I (and almost everyone else of us) got completely bodied but I feel like I levelled up so much. Have never felt my options so limited by a Chun pre-super.
Got some nice stuff in like Shippu-Jinrai whiff punishes on reaction. Close to taking some rounds but didn't get a single one I think. :lol:

Yes!
Dreamhack was just held and Daigo with entourage is stuck in Sweden since his/their passport/s got lost/stolen.
Not that clear on the details...

Oh, that sucks. But maybe that means more 3rd matches against some pros for you. ;)

-He has been experimenting/testing different styles at tournaments. His focus is on CAPCOM Cup results.
-EVO is too soon for him. He's not ready.
-His goal is on Capcom Cup results because he doesn't know if SFV will still be played next year.
-No arcade version is still a big problem for Japanese players/interest in the game.
-Necalli is one of his personal 3 worst match-ups.


I knew the lack of an arcade release would be bad for the game, but even Daigo is already wondering if it will live for another year. God damn.

Wish I was good at 3rd Strike. I certainly respect it more than other fighters but I struggle to piece together a simple 3 hit combo with muh girl Makoto... Not whining, just the truth yo.

Who's hype for Pokken at EVO? I sure as hell ain't.

That new character mian looks very interesting . I have never been so interested in a fighters roster

I think pokken will be interesting to watch . I would chose to watch pokken over smash bros

Yeah that was fun to watch. Kenny Omega had a solid Cody in SF4 too. His Alex isn't as good, but I'm still impressed that he managed to learn either game while working a pro wrestler's schedule. He goes out of his way to practice with all of the really strong players at eSports Square in Tokyo whenever he gets the chance.

I just realised this is one mega thread now..
I mean 'Hype' as in exciting/impressive fighter gameplay, not anticipation of upcoming titles.. but ahh well, I get it.

LOL, koemon is too strong. The match against chika at 08:56 was really nice! Also, that classic cross-up setup at 22:06 gets me sometimes when I play on FightCade lol.

Its not like its a bad thing, at least they did update and fixed Last Blade 2 of PS4/Vita, so turn that frown, upside down! :)
